    I've never had the chance to try anything cooked Sous Vide, but I've always been intrigued by it. The texture on those eggs looks absolutely perfect.

      Sous vide can be gimmicky, but for the right recipe it has incredible results. If you have the opportunity to try it out this is the simplest (and quickest!) recipe you can do as the method is associated with longer cooks.

    I loved how the curd looked on the eggs. I am not a bit fan of the small curds you see in some egg recipes !

      The lack of stirring means the curds stay chunky. Ironically very unscrambled eggs! 😂

      I've been messing with sous vide sweetcorn lately and it's a gamechanger. I also did a great brisket the other day.

    wow you don't fool around, i only have the Joule sous vide machine and use zip lock bags

      I was lucky enough to work Sous Vide Tools many years ago and have used this gift from them many times. Unfortunately this was the last thing the vacuum sealer packaged, it packed up after this! Have ordered a new one. Nothing wrong with a Joule / Anova and zip lock bags, same results.

    Could we do this with 36 eggs? Would it effect the cook time and taste?

      I see no reason why you couldn't do it with 36 eggs; for a more consistent cooking time I'd break it down to bags of maybe 12 each. You could still cook them at the same time in the same bath if you have space. Just massage each bag every few minutes. I don't think the taste would be touched at all.

      Yeah but worth the experiment. Would be good for a large amount too.
