A few props I've tried are Gemfan 5149, iFlight 5140, and now I'm running Ethix S4 LemonLime which I really like. Props are kind of a personal thing I think and really comes down to the style you fly. So try a few out. I use CHNL 1500mah 4s Black series. And I tend to go for Foxeer RHCP Lollipop antennas.
Receivers for the Turnigy 9x are generally pwm, which is one wire per channel (aileron, elevation, roll, throttle). I haven't set one of them up with an f4/f7 flight controller before. Some support it, and some don't. Sorry I don't have more info or videos on this. Good luck!

for the video transmitter you didn't need to bridge 5v or 9v? which one it uses by default?

In the following video where I install the VTX, I bridge the 9V pads where the video out pad is. I'm not sure what the default output is.
