The only time the UK gets normal watching hours is when the cards are in the middle east 🤣
Tommy should revert to Islam and start fighting in the ME as Taimoor Aspinall. 😂
Bro literally. The cards end at like 11pm latest in Abu Dhabi
in australia we always get them in a decent time hahaha
Alhamdulillah I was so happy to see a Palestinian fighter getting it done:)🇵🇸
A Palestinian fighter😂😂😂🤣
@@stuts2371 A Palestinian Champion ❤❤❤
@@stuts2371hurts huh? After all that, leon was the pussy.
Belal was fighting with Gaza in his mind. Didn't hear nobody talk about it but that had to be so much motivation. Losing wasn't an option. Palestinians lost enough over the last nine months.
Bro his ass was not thinking about Gaza during his world title shot😭 tf up nobody cares about your war stop making everything about you guys
Oh shut up
Born in Chicago
@@voidscreaming1012shut down. Be cool
🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸
My man Belal has done it 🔥🇵🇸
He's a gladiator / warrior. I wish him all the best 🤜🤛
It was a complete disrespect not only to the UK supporters as to Europeans, to host an event at such hours. Then UFC wonders why the sport isn't growing as in other places.
Who do you believe made more money for the UFC that night: EU or U.S?
It’s an American sport. That’s just how it is.
@@slymcfly123 Then keep the event in USA, if it's to mainly please the viewers with the Pacific Time Zone.
@@RogerM88exaclty! It’s also disrespectful for the fighters who have to change their sleep schedule
@RogerM88 it's business. Money talks. They tried to please U.K but make U.S money. Nothing personal.
Coach Khabib is the answer to all the questions
I was routing for Belal, but doubted that he was going to win, especially after some of the trash talk antics added more pressure and raised the stakes. Was totally amazed by his performance. He rag-dolled Leon. The one takedown where he dropped Leon on his head was crazy. It resembled DC rag-dolling Dan Henderson. Really happy for Belal, looking forward to the title defense against Shavkat.
Another good day with coach uploading❤❤
Belal prayed tahujjud and fajr went in there with the power of Allāh
Love seeing Belal get the respect he deserves 🇵🇸 him vs Shavkat/Usman will be fire
I believe the Palestinian cause, whether we agree or not, has a significant factor in adding more intrinsic motivation to win.
belal wanted it more than leon, he was willing to walk on fire where leon i give up edwards wasn't willing to dig that deep for the win. leon wasn't even defending the takedowns, leon just let belal take him down at will. leon fought like a top 15 fighter, just a pathetic performance. for a champion, leon lacks the warrior heart, grit and determination like usman and poatan but i do believe leon had skills to defeat belal just lacks the confidence in himself
You don't understand Leon. People were saying the same thing about him at round 5 in the first fight against usman, until he pulled off the head kick in the last minute. That's just how he fights. He's stoic and patient. He doesn't lack heart at all, the opposite. Leon lost on score cards against Belal, but if the fight was longer, I'd say he's more likely to get the finish.
What do you expect after getting his head piledriven into the mat? Tom & Peddy would also lose that night if Bilal administered that move on them.
@ar.saifulghani3158 leon clearly knew he had to use both hands to brace himself to avoid taking damage but use his head instead, so don't bring up that bs excuse. leon is pathetic, he let balel back him up the whole fight, got ragdolled all night what kind of champion is that
Hey Coach! Saw you that night, you were looking jacked mashallah:)
Both fighters had to fight at 5am.
Belal was travelling and may have been jetlagged.
Leon had prior notice and would have had time to prepare and adjust his body clock.
Congrats to Belal
Early start along with Leon's passive style affected hos performance for sure. Then you add Belals aggressiveness and it wasn't much of a surprise.
Thats the khabib effect in the backgroud.
Pain. Leon did not respond well to the pain Belal was delivering with his sharp boxing. Belal snuck a clever uppercut through Leon's guard, and it shook Leon to his core. That was a microcosm of the whole fight.
Alhamdullilah!!!! Alhamdullilah! Very proud of our brother !!☝🏻☝🏻🍉🍉🍉
No wonder Leon said Shut the fcuk up to his coach .
Man was fighting like a true Palestinian ❤
What about when Belal fights while Fasting?? That’s waaaay more challenging. So there is no excuse for 5am. As a champion, you have to be ready.
when does he do that
@@AaronGiffordOfficial did that while fighting Luque and Burns
The fasting isn't as difficult as you would think...you can eat anytime from sunset to sunrise... Millions of people work nights and do that for decades..
@@user-br5rz4cb3f lmao, you have no idea do you what dry fasting is?
Do you realize that these guys are competing at world class level? Meaning there are 7billion + people on earth, of them, a select few elite warriors make it to the UFC. Then within UFC they have best of the best (top 10 with the champ at the highest).
Fasting makes you extremely weak, especially as you get closer to the end days (toward 30). The first few days isn’t so bad but after about 10-15 days, you body uses up your stored fats and it makes it extremely difficult, let alone fight for your life in the ring.
Its 5am for everyone though. Its a matter of preparation.
UFC is a business any market outside of the US has to pay a supplemental to change the time zone… UAE and Saudi are the only markets that are willing (or able) to pay $10m to change the time zone.
Firas is right... the 6sm fighting time is total BS for the fighters and local fans....
Technical snipers like Leon can always be out hustled, over powered and pressured into losing the fight..It's hard to do, but we've seen it many times.. Same thing happened on the feet with Izzy and Strickland..And Belal had over a year to prepare for Leon and he obviously took advantage and made good use of that time..
I do swing shifts so I have no sympathy. I do this everyday. He had to do it once for 25mins.
I was routing for Muhamed but fighting at that time is insane. But on the other side Aspen killed it. dont know.
Belal had amazing takedowns and control, but Leon also got pretty unlucky. I think it was around 3 times where he reversed the position but the round ended shortly after.
The UK start time was later than if the fight was in New York. It's crazy.
Leon left the pub and went right to the fight after.
its 7pm in vegas , Dana comes out with some crap
I think Belal could beat Shavkat..Time will tell..
Habibi they both Faught at 5 AM lol
you still don't get it lol
Happy for Belal. Hope there’s a rematch to seal this matchup
No rematch. Belal dominated that fight. Leon gets his rematch in 3 years just like he told Belal he has to wait 3 years
Belal fought like a champ, not easy to do that to Leon. No rematch needed. Belal was in control and Leon hasn't defended his title enough times to warrant it.
@@kenmoraes6843 nobody said immediate rematch but it wouldn't be surprising if after 1 or 2 wins leon is back there
@@AaronGiffordOfficial The guy who i'm responding to said it. And yea after 1 or 2 wins he's there.
UNCLE DANA SCREWED US ALL
Dana was complaining that there was a lot of decisions that night
Coach, Arnie should have grappled. Giga panics when he has too grapple.
Belal went to the takedown King Khabib nurmagomedov. It took his takedowns to another level his still not at that level of control like him, but his grappling can get there
cmon son, cmon leon mon!
Shoutout to 0161 (Manchester!) 🎉
Firas do you think Brazilian fighters cope much better with fighting in the UK than Americans due to the time zone issues. ✅
Belal looked about as juiced as Johny Hendricks vs GSP
And yet has passed every test without a single issue so sit down and keep your uneducated opinions to yourself.
Holy shit, an athlete who's in good shape. What a surprise! 🤦♂️
@@ChaelSonnenMMAooh, a sarcastic comment on TH-cam, what a surprise ... truly the lowest form of wit.
but seeing as you pose with somebody else's name and image i'll give you a hand. a way better come back would be to say that's no excuse for Leon as he beat a just-as-juiced Usman twice.
Yeah, but Bilal was okay to fight at 5/6 a.m., so that excuse should not be accepted. By the way, he did train with Khabib. You expect Bilal to be better in wrestling and grappling. Remember the name "Muhammad".
omg its not hard to understand, belal is from usa he's already used to this time because its usa time, he doesn't have to change anything and can come to UK the week of the fight with no need to acclimatise whereas leon has been in England the whole time and has to reck his circadian rhythm to be able to be awake all night and fight at 6am. And sunlight and all that is very important for normal function and without it you will feel fatigued.
@AaronGiffordOfficial surely Leon knew about the time of the fight, so he should of changed his timing. Lol 😆. Excuse won't help!!!
That was dumb by Dana to have a ufc main card at that time in Europe.
You’d think you take an event outside of America to grow the sport in that region. It’s hard enough for the fighters to fight as it is and I bet if your a fighter with something to lose there is no way you’re fighting at that time
I think its the same situation as francis in boxing they both looked the same sluggish way in both their fights.
There should never be an excuse with time, unfortunately yes it's not the best time but you have to plan it. Go for a nap and then wake up, no fighter had an advantage and they both knew about this for some time.
Try to do maths or anything at 5am … it is really difficult to do. Leon was half asleep
Belal takeover division & also takeover 2nd longest streaks in ufc after makachev.. I think
CANT SEE TAKEOVER GETTING OLD AND PLENTY YOUNG KILLERS COMING UP , EVEN LEON YOUNG ENOUGH MAY BECOME CHAMPION AGAIN IN COUPLE OF EYARS
Leon definitely did more damage
What a casual, go rewatch the fight, Belal nearly broke Leons neck
Poor Leon had a back injury. Firas knows if Leon had called Stuart Mcgill there would be no back issue and no Belal, worst champ in UFC history. Leon was too cocky to take this fight with a bad back, and Belal had his Matt Serra moment, only he couldn't take Leon out with a bad back.
He hired an F1 sleep specialist 3 months ago and he’s still making excuses 😂 everyone was in the same 🚤. If you can’t fight at that level time don’t sign the contract simple as that. He BULLIED him Son!!! 😂
Thought Chicago is in USA...
So.... ?!
@@sabrinab5819 So how is he the first Palestinian champ? Following that logic, there are no American champs until a native takes the belt.
☝🏼🤲🏼❤Alhamdullillah
Let’s be real- u and Belal have similarities in the looks face department
Aside from both looking ( and being ) middle eastern , they don't really look the same
🇵🇸 🇵🇸 🇵🇸
This guy has 300k followers he doesn't even do his research
Leon had a back injury, almost pulled out. Also, he looked half asleep. We need a proper rematch to settle it. No injuries, normal fight time, and a good gameplan for Belal's pressure. Leon is overall more well rounded and with a good plan, he can get it done, he has all the tools.
No way he gets a rematch soon,u can't ask for rematch after a unanimous décision loss
Always something..... Always some excuses
Sure 5am makes a masssive difference coach !!! But both guys were in there at the same time. They were either ready and adjusted or they didn’t. Bottom line. Belal is the better fighter for that.
Belal fought leon like how khabib fought Gaethje
nah Gaethje had zero bjj defence against khabib. he lost to a sub almost as soon as he hit the ground. it's no comparison
Yes, but they both fight at 5am, so doesn't matter.
Paddy won Tom won a couple people from there win Leon fought the way he always does
I feel like the local fighters would have it the worst with the time of the fight. Their body knows its 3/4/5 am and it wants to rest. Meanwhile Belal's body assumes its 10 a/m .
lol thats a shitty excuse. Leon had 3 months to condition his body also hired a sleep coach to help him.
His corner did dog crap and needs to be fired. To let him plant his feet with a skull and crossbones stance against the fence multiple times over asking to get taken down is insane. Leon should’ve been moving like chikadze did against Allen.
Not to mention Leons inability to catch or parrys Belals jab but instead use some weird head down reach for his hands defence .. amateur performance from Leon and simply embarrassing from a professional level.
No one cares for the "I was tired" excuses. These guys fight twice a year with MONTHS to properly acclimate to conditions that are laid out in the contracts THEY choose to sign. Do you think pilots ever get to say "oh I'm too tired today actually, I don't really like the takeoff time" and proceed to completely abandon their job? Such an insanely childish excuse to throw out there to the world as a grown man. Take some accountability for being useless at your only job.
❤ Palestine 🇵🇸 forever 🇵🇸!
BELAL is 36 10 fight wins how long can he keep that title? The human body and mind can only take so much
Right up until he gets in the ring with Shavkat next fight 😂
Did he miss his Fajr prayer to take this fight?
Don't judge him unless you are a perfect muslim yourself
Hi1
He took him down, took his back and threw light punches on him. It was not complete domination master Zahabi, it was old school lay and pray that no one wanted to see. I understand that on points it is victory and that is all than it counts but man, what a boring fight.
Belal is using PEDs coach and you know it.
I fell asleep during the main event, but after reviewing it, Belal didn't clearly dominate Leon. Too much hugging and stalling. Wonder what the result would be at a proper time zone.
Cope hahaha. Belal ragdolled him, landed 2x more strikes than leon and throw leon around like he is a baby
Watches mma calls the most dominant discipline in mma hugging I swear go watch other striking sports mma is real fighting
@@beastieking1 The ground and pound wasn't that impressive, and there were plenty of times they were stuck in their positions without clear progression.
I mean he clearly won at least 3 rounds.
It seems you're still asleep
Dude's a bum. He'll be champ for a day though.
Damn, bums go on 11 fight winstreaks? Then i sure hope to become a bum one day.😮
I don’t want to accuse anyone of PED use, but the eye test here for a man at 36 years old who over the last few fights has become so physically dominant has me wondering.
You just did 🙄🙄
I’m speculating. Not accusing. There is a difference. Love to both fighters. Have a nice day.
@@nobody-cl1xrhonest speculation requires evidence you have none
It's called speculation for reason if we had any solid proof it wouldn't be speculation anymore, learn English @@evilkhamzat
Bro the majority of them are juiced. Leon juiced too. Not anabolics but peptides epo and hgh
Also. Belal trains with khabib and the Russians. Whom people have accused of steroid use. ?
@@franciscochavez1010 “accused” as in it wasn’t proven, right?
