    Gratitude is about focusing on the positive in our life and appreciating what we have. It is something that is learned and we must practice. Elvis runs down four things we can do to start practicing gratitude - right now
    1) Don't Be Picky. Learn to appreciate everything. Big and small.
    2) Find The Good In The Bad. It's important for us to remember that there is some positive in every difficult situation. By exploring what went wrong we can learn to improve on ourselves and be grateful it happened the way happened.
    3) Take Notice. There's things around you right now to be grateful for. Learn to take it in and enjoy the moment.
    4) It's Up To You. Sometimes we don't feel very thankful, but it is up to us to turn that mood round and get back to grateful. There are several techniques to help us do so, like exercise, sleep, volunteering, or taking a grateful walk.
    Just remember, it takes practice. So, practice.
