Love your recommendation "Rule # 1 of BBQ is always be drinking while running your grill"..... My man.... High West a very good pour!!! Buying a Akron today and plan on putting on a pork shoulder on Sunday....Thanks for the great video.....
It’s actually a marinading tray but the important thing is you were able to play internet tough guy. Hope things turn around for you and and you find a way to lead a better life than the miserable one you currently seem to be living.
Great video!

Awesome vid, thanks man. I'm gonna try my first pork shoulder on my new akorn this weekend!
Just tried your way today and it worked out perfectly. Thanks for your advice.
Prepping meat in a litter box is such a great idea. Thanks for the tip!

Great video 👍 I've been doing it that way for years. Everyone thought I was crazy 😂 I've even done them in 6 hours at 400f
You started drinking at 930am?
As a newbie, I think showing the wood should have been the most important part of the video but it was left out
Thanks for the video. Going to try this tomorrow for the first time. If you open vents the Kamado gets hotter, right?
Correct. I usually have the vents barely open throughout the cook to maintain consistent lower temps.
