The Lions ran a huge amount of shotgun formations due to the Tampa defense confusing the Lions offense. When that sort of thing happens you do need to run some sandlot plays - toss up jump balls to your big receiver along the sidelines or deep in the end zone. So it's pretty important to build up that chemistry between the QB and the big WR.
I think they spent too much time dickin' around with DPJ who some have said had a really shitty attitude - the Lions have shown a lot of loyalty to some players who didn't deserve it - it is what it is I guess.
Ben Johnson needs a better scheme this week, have to get swings out of the backfield with Gibbs, need to get LaPorta midfield crosses, need to continue to get Jamo over the top. Need to get back to the play action which makes this offense go, get rid of those strictly shotgun plays
St brown is really hurt hiding it no production 1st game forced ball in last game could tell by his motion it’s his ankle won’t play this weekend why do think they kept new slot receiver isaha
What we need is for the coaches to step it up… I love them, but the team shortcomings are on their shoulders right now. Bad time management, inept play calling, and somehow our secondary is still performing as one of the worst in the NFL.
can you make a video for me. Hutch had 2 Forced Fumbles but no one seen it because Baker fell on it. it needs shown especially if hutch wants to win DPY.
So it sounded like St. Brown and Anzalone are a day-by-day thing. Arnold should be good to go. Nothing about Rakestraw that I could find. But last I knew it sounded like he'd be ok.
If you are not a Lions fan get off our media. We here are for the positive vibes and we diehards don’t troll no ones media. We focus on our next opponent and our team.Look as bad as we’ve played we could have won both games and are sitting at 1-1!Once we get rolling don’t bat an eye!
Thank you Craig for the update, good news

Chemistry thing is a factor but highly overrated. Goff was so bad to all of his usual receivers the “chemistry “ thing doesn’t wash.
Interesting take

Thank god
great about goff. what do we have to wait, half the season! lion's offense stunk two games in a row. we,re lucky we won one.
Release the two headed dragons, Jamir, Gibbs, and David Montgomery, the running game😊

It’s a confusion & leg cramp. He will play.
So if Goff takes time with receivers why can’t he hit ANY of them?
8:04 Thats the thing about Goff that bothers me the most.
We can do it without him let him rest
The Cardinals are a really good team. We absolutely need him.

Is Marcus Davenport playing Sunday or James Houston???

I think losing reynolds was a big mistake, him and goff had alot of chemistry
Those dropped passes in the playoffs were unforgivable
Can't up Goff, Sewell, Decker and St Brown and keep Reynolds. Aiden is gonna demand a huge contract after this year
I think Tim Patrick steps into this offense nicely especially once he learns the whole playbook
@@lukekhalid896I wouldn’t be too surprised to see Hutch go for something that is good for the team too
Wait 50 million and he can't throw to another wr?
Detroit has no sour kraut ! st brown is a clown
