Bruh, I can't wait for Ugarte to not be the answer everyone thinks he is. I've even seen some fans say we should have kept Mctominay over Cas. Yes, Cas was shite in the game but that's because the manager's system allows it and exposes his very worst qualities. Also, his legs are gone? Oh boy, Ugarte better not skip leg day for all the enormous ground he has to cover.
I like how easy Arnes explained how he crushed United in under 2 minutes on Sky Sports. Even I understood it. Counter a rest defense of 3 with CBs and Casemiro is a recipe for disaster
Ten Hag's arrogance and obvious poor man mangement makes me think of Mourinho. Except Mourinho won things and was much younger than him. Ten Hag made it to Champions League semifinals with Ajax. Mourinho won it with Porto. He's not some up-and-coming young manager. He's around the same age as Guardiola, Klopp and someone like Unai Emery. Ten Hag has already got so many players and financial backing from the club. You need to start showing something at this point. He now has 5 players from his Ajax team at the club. Not to mention the biggest flop signing is basically Ten Hag's fault. Antony was his man! Why didnt United dump Casemiro to Saudi Arabia when they had the chance?! Zirkzee isnt a striker... That's news to me.
8:00 As an AC Milan fan who watches Serie A week in and week out I can attest you’re correct. Last season during his breakout season with Bologna, he told then manager Thiago Motta that we wasn’t equipped to play as the lone number 9 but Motta told Zirkzee he had faith in him. One good season later and Zirkzee has wound up at Man United playing with the English media watching him, who notoriously fail to do their due diligence/research into foreign players, and will now make judgments of him based on the assumption that he’s a true number 9.
This is my first time watching one of your videos and subbed imediately after it ended. Although I support Liverpool, you seem like one of the more cerebral and realistic Man United fan on this platform. Big up!
2:35 its a guarentee that united will out play every single team on the planet for 30 mins then they turn into a league 2 team... its been the same for the last 2 years.
Ten Hag’s got the GK he wants , the defenders he wants , the midfielders he wants , the wingers and strikers he wants , the assistant coaches he wants, and all the other staffs he wants ( yes many people were replaced). What’s his excuse now? Ronaldo?Sancho?
4:24 São Paulo fans used to say the same thing about Casemiro back when he started here. The whole Brazilian nation was shocked when he transferred to Real Madrid, let alone when he started play god tier level there.
At Madrid his role was to win the ball and pass it to a midfielder beside* him or Ramos behind. Rarely ever responsible for progressing the ball forward. That masked his weaknesses on the ball. *the pivot with Mainoo doesn't work since Mainoo always bombs forward when casemiro has the ball. This was the pressing trigger for Liverpool yesterday, get united to put the ball into midfield and shut the option backwards and fight for the ball that's coming forward.
@@chubs2312 Yeah winning the ball is literally his only role. It's not his fault that the rest of the midfielders of this United team can't do their job. Casemiro is not a Busquets type player, he's more like Gattuso just slightly less rough
@@comealsolito804 100%. Ten Hug can cover those weaknesses eg having Mainoo stay level/a fullback inverts or just tell him to pass the ball back to Martinez but somehow he chooses not to.
The Hojlund fact is so true. We signed a 70m striker who has achieved nothing in the game and already injury prone at a young age. It's really not a good omen for his United career :( Technically I just don't see it compared to a Sesko for example who apart from the miss vs France looked so composed on the ball in the Euros with a hammer of a shot.
sorry how many strikers are prolific by that age, there are a very few handful i can think of. Most of them had been developed past their twenties. Dont think hes too injury prone either, he just needs to get over this quick struggle as the injury is not long term. 15 goals in a team with no service is incredible plus he has all the physical traits you could possibly want in a striker, strong, fast and tall.
✅FACT✅ Macca positioning & movements without the ball in the last three games have made Grav shines 🔥 Same thing used to happen to Cacido with Macca at Brighton 🤷♀️
The only important trophies that Man U hasnt won since Fergie left is the Prem and Champions League. That's it. They has finished 2nd twice, they have won each domestic cup, the community shield, the Europa League. It's not what Man U fans were used to, but its success. Though when your budget is as high as it is, that level of success does feel like failure. More so now when the current manager is achieving the worst league finishes since Fergie left.
@@uriustosh Shaquille O’Neal once said “I’ve won a title at every level except college and pro”. His statement was less laughable than yours. College and pro are the only two levels that matter, bruv. Leicester won the championship “title” last year. Does that make them more successful than Liverpool? Hell, Leicester was so dominant last year, Liverpool didn’t even compete against them! Or how about Bulgarian champions 13x in a row, Ludogorets? Dominant. Dominant over a shiite league, worst in Europe. According to your logic, the fact that they have won 23 trophies over this span makes them the most successful team in the world, no?
against Brighton we look far more threatening during the counter attack. 3 years of implementing this "tactical" plays have not worked out. signing injury prone players and complaining that all his players is crazy to me. 3 years PL experienced manager losing 3-0 to a 3 games PL experienced manager is also crazy to me. almost 700m spent to about 30m spent, everytime united is losing we know we'd never mount a comeback, everything is so frustrating to watch.
Amad Diallo, for me personally, is the shining light in the darkness that is Manchester United. I hope he finds a better club or gets a better squad built around him.
I just think our individual errors cause the game. Plus the midfield depth is not great in the moment. In addition it barely three game in the season it too early to call this is going be bad. I start worry in late September if we still performing like this.
If Szoboszlai was more decisive and took the shots he could have this could have been like 5-0 which is sad for united. But as a Spurs fan I lowkey feel bad and relate since we are in a similar boat
I haven't watch a lot of utd casemiro. But from few information i have, he is pretty much expected to do alonso/pirlo role, which is nuts. His passing is just servicable and his ball retention is nothing to brag about. But what's great about him is his defending and ability to clean up the mess attacker did. He is not playmaker he is closer to Libero in volley ball. But of course he is older now, so some of his ability most likely regressed.

@@hills863They were doing rondos on us man 🥺
either due to hope or due to recency bias
@@moonlink8207 That's awesome, as football fans cannot not appreciate it tho😄😅
It's Casemiro face when he fall and VVD stand with your captain in the floor for me
Lovely analysis. Great video.
Such a beautiful jersey you wearing.
It was from one of our most glorious seasons.
Ah, my favourite video from Tinashe. My team smashing his, such a classic. 😂
Never thoughts I'd be one of the lucky few to watch this fresh. Much love from South Africa ❤️
Sad, how it feels to be a united fan 😭
Breaking News - Garnacho found. After searching the grounds at Old Trafford for nearly 89 minutes, Alejandro Garnacho was located in Andrew Robertson's gym bag.
Garnacho cannot do anything if he's deprived of space to dribble/shoot.. He cannot operate in tight space..
😂😂😂
my monthly Football Iconic Manchester United video. how i missed you.
I love your channel man, even as a Liverpool fan. I feel bad for united fans, Since Ferguson the best coach yall had was José...
Arne Slot is the best, bald, Dutch manager in the EPL.
I’ve honestly moved on from the game , if I want to stay on it mentally it will kill me
putting the whole lost on casemiro is insane, after he was subbed, united still played shit, and mainoo lost the ball for the final goal, the whole team was horrible, lisandro also lost 2 balls which just didnt lead to goals
Lisandro Is getting found out. I'm beginning to doubt him.
Ten Hag needs to stop trying to assemble a team that can win the Eredivisie and concentrate on building a team that can actually compete in the EPL.
Hey mate, I absolutely love your videos. Huge Canadian footy fan (die hard Liverpool fan), but an admirer of the game. I watch all of your videos and respect your take on all of which you speak. Keep it up, my friend.
@@Dano7504 you in Toronto by any chance?
Slot in 3 games has a style of play whist ETH is still seemls like a work in progress...
your reviews on football make my day
Was waiting for this , i dont want to jump on the eth out take but wtf is eth even doing . Our mentality is just doesnt improves if eth starts rashford and casemiro next game then he is digging his own grave. We made the midfield of gravenberch mac allister and szobozlai look like xavi iniesta busquests
I was waiting for FOOTBALL ICONIC's take... And he didn't disappoint.
"Casemiro is washed". Based on recency bias and popularity vote.
Without Casemiro, United will concede chances left, right and centre.
Blaming him for playing in super sh*t system under a crap manager who finished 8th with negative goal difference 👍🏻
Oh boy, Ugarte better not skip leg day for all the enormous ground he has to cover.
you speak brilliantly, extremely knowledgeable & respectful.
Love this channel, from Zimbabwe
I like how easy Arnes explained how he crushed United in under 2 minutes on Sky Sports. Even I understood it. Counter a rest defense of 3 with CBs and Casemiro is a recipe for disaster
The thing about City is that they are looking good, and without Rodri, no one seems to notice his absence from all the minutes played so far
One good season later and Zirkzee has wound up at Man United playing with the English media watching him, who notoriously fail to do their due diligence/research into foreign players, and will now make judgments of him based on the assumption that he’s a true number 9.
dropped everything to come watch this thank you for your sacrifice of being a fan of such a funny club o7
All i can say is that i've been waiting for a FI video about the PL ever since this season started...Don't take too long brother😂❤
... Your One of the best narrators ever Tinashe🎉
Great video. I mean, I'm weeping, but it's still great.
Ten Hag please never leave!!!
Man, you are good. For real!
it is always a pleasure to see man united tears drop
my condolences
I wouldn’t really say Rasmus missing 13 games out of a possible 56 last season makes him injury prone
That last ten matches stat is wild
7:53 a new ball.
✅FACT✅
Macca positioning & movements without the ball in the last three games have made Grav shines 🔥 Same thing used to happen to Cacido with Macca at Brighton 🤷♀️

This video usually came out after at least 5 matches. Condolences to what you are going through bro
Liverpool won their 3 first games without conceding any goals 😊
Liverpool and Man United are very similar, they are consistent...
Liverpool are consistently good
United are consistently bad
Would love to see your take on the Arsenal - Brighton game... Specifically the refereeing..
Bad. How Rice was sent off, I'll never know
@@FootballIconic Shocking. As an Arsenal fan, I can only pray to the gods that this doesn't bite us, come May
Liverpool didn't need to sign a 6, Casemiro was our best player yesterday.
Fr they should keep him he was class
The only important trophies that Man U hasnt won since Fergie left is the Prem and Champions League. That's it. They has finished 2nd twice, they have won each domestic cup, the community shield, the Europa League. It's not what Man U fans were used to, but its success. Though when your budget is as high as it is, that level of success does feel like failure. More so now when the current manager is achieving the worst league finishes since Fergie left.
The FA Cup, League Cup, and Europa League are not important trophies. They only matter if you win them alongside a league title.
Cup team
3 years PL experienced manager losing 3-0 to a 3 games PL experienced manager is also crazy to me. almost 700m spent to about 30m spent, everytime united is losing we know we'd never mount a comeback, everything is so frustrating to watch.
i like the enthusiasm in your sponsor read
2:52 Wise words _ "Upon reflection...It was by design "😂💀
Ten Hag spent more than twice as much money at United than Ancelotti since he rejoined Madrid 💀💀💀
Tears man the video title is killing me
3 games into Slot era > 3 years into ten hag era
Never seen you being this direct man your head might actually be in Mars😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Mazraoui was too focus attacking not defending. He was jogging, look at the ball. Did not run or sprint back to Diaz before the 1st header goal.
I knew a few games in last season that Erik ten Fraud was not the one. He needs to leave. Won't survive this season...
4:34 you can literally see mazaroiu in ACRES OF SPACE. But Casemiro desides that that congested area is the way to go 😭
Pep guardiola is a genius, bro gave up an FA CUP to keep ETH
Can we finally stop pretending that Casemiro is on Busquets level?
They're very different. I think most people knew that.
There are very few players in football history that are on Busquets' level.
Different player and a bit unlucky to play under tenhag
Does he have 5 ucls though?
@@robayetsalehin5719 dumb Madrid fan spotted
Liverpool is getting more and more comfortable in using old trafford as their training ground lol
Every. Single. United fan who game me crap for criticizing United for keeping ten hag can absolutely suck it. God I hope United never win. And that they suffer for the rest of that crappy clubs miserable life. Not you Tinashe. Love your stuff and never miss your videos.
It's an impossible job.
