The fact that a media outlet would even entertain needing to be more partisan comes across as tone-deaf. It also seems to show that their desires eclipse that of their consumers. If anything, the fact of the currently overwhelming existence heterodoxy/untraditional voter, of which I am one, should encourage the media to be more like you. What I feel they should learn from this election is that we are breaking the molds they have made for us. We are employing our critical thinking skills and making up our own minds. Again, this is why I adore SHN. Thank you for treating us like adults with common sense. You serve us well.
We don't want to be "courted " by our news reporters. We can go straight to the candidates platforms to look at their stand on important issues. We can look into their history to see their character. I don't want to be courted or "sold" to for my vote.... Also, huge thanks for helping people discern true news reporting and obviously biased reporting (from either side). I think this election underscored just how irrelevant the legacy/mainstream news has become. Regardless of how far they tried to hurt one campaign, Americans ignored them and voted with their own brain. But it would be incredible to actually be able to trust news again - like here at Smarther News. Thanks again for showing what American integrity looks like.
As always Jenna thank you for educating us, not telling us what to think. I subscribe to a daily briefing from a news organization that is supposed to be more centered. But the descriptions they have used to describe the people that President Trump has nominated have been very telling where they lean. Someone was named as anti-woke, another a security threat and another as a spreader of false information. The names of the people should have been sufficient. So thank you Jenna!
Interesting. I heard via AOC's Instagram stories that some people from New York told her they voted for her and also for DT. From my perspective anyway, that's definitely heterodoxy!

Excellent point that independent does not mean non-partisan. Thank you.
Another great perspective, Jenna!
This is why I continue to support and get my news from SmartHerNews!
Thank you for being independent and non-partisan in your reporting.

Yes, media, we are trustworthy. We have brains!! 😊
21:00 "The moon did not grow." 😂😂😂 Thank you for that -- a fantastic reminder that not everything is as it appears.
Absolutely! We do not need more opinion news.
