*If my video gets claimed by Hectorlo, I will gladly private it.
*Tactical Reloads are not shown if they are just exact same with empty reload without chambering animation.
*I only count mistakes of the animation for my closed captions in these kind of videos. I dont count the flaws of the models, the date of production, etc. - เกม

"A giant fuck you to treyarch" 😂😂
i appreciate how much patience and editing this probably took, well done
I agree! Very well done. We often forget just how much time and effort goes into these videos and for that I commend him, his videos are top notch
Fun fact: M26 MASS (21:07) has an unused, standalone variant, which can be found in game files and accessible via admin menu. It's pretty much complete with animations and sounds. What's even more crazy is that this standalone version of the M26 MASS exists even before underbarrel shotguns were added to the game, with older animations, which is more cursed than the ones from after the underbarrel shotguns update. I don't why it is still an unused weapon considering the fact it's basically ready to be used in the game. Maybe NWI didn't find any suitable Insurgents counterpart for the sake of gameplay balance, I guess.
Also the L1A1, RPK and MP5K still remain unused, despite having complete animation sets and no sounds (except the L1A1 having a firing sound).
For the insurgent counterpart, they could add any pump action mag fed shotgun and cut the barrel a bit
@@freePeca Yeah, I think that even sawed off double barreled shotgun would do the job. Don't know how to balance that though
@@Hopy These three weapon were deleted a few updates ago, not sure which one exactly.
@@Kazz7420 Well they are still in the debug menu, I have even showcased them.
This was a very good compilation of Insuegency’s animation. Props for including the OG Insurgency. I think people tend to forget about that game. A minor thing to note, I think you forgot the M240, MG3, and Galil ACE extended mag animations. Also, not sure on this one, but I think the SCAR-H has a different reload if a foregrip is equipped.
Ya he just smacks the mag release
OG insurgency was my game for so many years, loved it
I tried insurgency 3 days ago ( the one released in 2014). It's just bloody awesome!
@Adrian Maulana damn, it happened again.
Amen to that, I just like the maps better in that game because they're more tight/smaller and it just feels like there's less spots you can get shot from compared to Sandstorm.
@@acoolrocket exactly! The fast reloads had little use in Sandstorm on the larger maps... and the quick, reaction shooting was the most fun! Imo the best maps in Sandstorm are the ones taken from Insurgency 2014.
It really is, a shame no one plays it anymore
@@Beanibirb I still play it
Man the attention to detail of some weapons is so good in sandstorm you can actually see the belt being feed up when the character pull the charging handle in the machine guns
And for our Korean friend.... keep doing a good job mate... we all love ya lad....

Hey I don't say this much, but you're one of my favourite YT channels, i seriously learned a lot watching your videos and i appreciate the amount of time you put into them. Keep it up King 👑
whenever m4sked uploads always makes my days or nights better knowing hes ok :3 luv ya bud
I used to be a British cadet and we used an L98A2 which is a converted L85 for cadet use. I can tell you right now you can’t slap the bolt release because it’s shape, you had to push it down with your thumb to release the bolt, slapping it would do nothing and just give you a sore hand, believe me I tried it on a field exercise and my sergeant nearly bolt slapped me 😅
Edit: I wanted to add that the karate chop method of forward assist for the L85 is accurate, not many games feature this tiny detail. We were trained to reload the L85 and give it a little chop as I can tell you from experience, the little bastards were prone to jamming, now I see why Americans laughed at us Brits for adopting a bull pup 😂
Well the new variant seems decent
Awesome video, awesome reloads, all is awesome here. Like.
after playing sandstorm for so long, the slow pace reloads has a sort of charm... which seems a little lost now that Brightside has departed, for better or for worse

God I love these animations, yeah they're slow and the fast reloads are a bit too calm but they really feel like they're going through a mental checklist of stuff to do!
Plus the noises!
I prefer these over the MW ones, those feel exaggerated to death.
@@Krejii05 mw is fast paced so ofc the reloads are gonna be like that and insurgency is suposed to be realistic and slow paced so the reloads are gonna be slower
With the "fast reload" foregrip, which just speeds up animations a bit, these reloads look *a lot* more natural
Yeah I prefer the more realistic reloads
thank you, this really helped me 😁👍
very nice subbed and enjoyed 🔥
Nice

Always hated how calm and slow the animation is. It's like "Oh, one moment please kind sir. My bullets seem to have run out". It would be realistic and still have the same reload time is the animations were clumsy and chaotic. Things like missing the mag well or struggling to operate the controls.
see the thing with loading garands at 17:08 is that some people use the edge of their palm behind the pinky finger to keep the bolt back, having it stay in a pseudo-locked position, normally used to prevent garand thumb
Which isnt happening in the animation
Excellent video, as always
Fun fact: the Galil's handguard has a bottle opener built-in. It's the pincer looking cut out on the back of it.
Honestly love when guns have quirks like that, helpful ones too
And even Makarovs too
The 1911 is a bottle opener
Loved this game when it was a mod for HL2. Played the hell out of it.
Cod: 1 second "realistic" reload
Insurgency: Actual reload speed
Cod : a bunch of trained soldiers with adrenaline
Insurgency - a bunch of guys at firing range
@@CoolyCools superhuman soldiers*
cod is classified as a archade shooter not realistic
Speeding up the video makes it look like it's a slightly slower version of Ready Or Not's reload animations. And personally, I like it.
I like how they've made transparent magazines for P90
Looks nice
11:12 I think I once read (maybe even in one of your videos) that the feeding of the first round from a drum magazine in AR-15 rifles is really unreliable, so it's better to use the charging handle than the bolt release in order to give the round a better chance of actually being fed
Also I think the Garand bolt not automatically closing kind of gets a pass due to the age of the gun and the fact that it was probably pretty poorly maintained
Then they could have added the normal Garand reload just like how BFV did
Tbh i probably wouldn’t maintain my M1, im not a huge WW2 American gun guy.
My M1 is from December 1940 and that thing has never automatically closed on a clip insert. It happens!
22:36
"Yknow what? Ill just keep that box in there instead."
Awesome.
I really like that in the garand thumb animation the player obviously seems like he hurt his finger
Sandstorm is smooth
@24:40 From my understanding, gas plug is automatically pushed to vent out gas when the M7 rifle grenade launcher is put on which turn M1 Garand into single shot rifle. The incorrectness I see is that you cannot shoot semi-auto with the M7 launcher on. I would change the equip/unequip animation to put on/off both launcher and grenade at the same time but I think it would take to much time since the original animation is already painfully slow.
PS: Sad to hear MrBrightside had left NWI.
I've said it before, I'll say it again.
There is zero urgency to these reloads, which makes no sense because they even added panicked reload callouts to sandstorm, which are a nice touch. Hearing those panicked call outs while my player is reloading at such a slow pace with full motor control, the illusion of the game is shattered.
They're very nice, but they'd fit more in a shooting range simulator than a tactical fps.
It feels like everyone who comments something like this ignores Sandstorm's speed reloads.
@@sninctbur3726 Even the speed reloads are slow, for someone who is in combat, some of these even feel like it's in slow motion
My counter argument: An operator shouldn't necessarily reload in the middle of a battle nor close to enemy contact, even if they are confronted they still aren't completely defenseless. You still have a weapon stock to use, a secondary pistol and/or a knife. Also you should take good care to your firearms, as treating it very harsh may cause damage to your firearms and/or cause accidents such as sticking your thumb on an M1 Garand. When you are trying to be speedy with your reloads, you mostly think of trying to get the firearm loaded up as soon as you can rather than correctly inserting the magazine/clip without damaging the firearm or causing accidents.
Conclusion: Don't reload in the middle of a battle, may be said over a hundred of times but it's not without a reason.
@@ListenToTheSergeant but see its the Internet and we want muh fast reloads
The animations are smooth as butter. I'll fight people (with words) who say they're too slow. The game is trying to have a specific feel, not be a realistic simulation. The reloads are in service to that idea.
I rather enjoyed watching this video beacuse it's pleasant to both my eyes and my ears.
Finally updated to the recent update
*Much is said how realistic these are considering these are most likely militia fighters and not trained soilders. However, there is a distinct lack of urgency in these animations. In the middle of combat, adrenaline rushing and the guy sure takes his time to reload.*
I thought you were gonna quit hmm, good to know you're staying around
One thing that im a bit confused is there a bolt release on the left side of the L85A2? Because i never see it.

Insurgency 2014 and Insurgency Sandstorm weapon reload sounds will satisfy my life
bruh, imagine you in multiplayer and your hp is one but he still can reload like nothing happened like this
At 1:53 he did press the mag release he pushed his thumb agiasnt it which is underneath his dominant handspalm
Imagine being in a difficult situation in battle an seeing a mate that looks at the sky and reloads a WWI pistol carbine and then he swithes to the Galil with drum mag
16:11
Funny thing is they got the reload wrong for this gun, since it reloads like a reverse AK, where you rock and lock, except you tilt the front of the mag upwards.
Also they're meant to take steel-cased ammo not brass.
Now That’s More Like It.
23:49
You sure about that? The .30-06 M1919 used the disintegrating M1 link. With the adoption of the 7.62 NATO round for the M60, the US Army also adopted the M13 disintegrating belt link.
You are right. Fixed it
The reloads in the insurgency series are SLOOOOOW. Except for the fast reloads.
Because tactical Milsim logic. Nobody wants 1 second reloads in games like these.
@@orangejews150 yeah right, the animations need to be a bit faster, this is a battlefield, doubt anyone would reload so casually and slow as if they are in a firing range.

no

Recommended buy at discount price at Steam
Though some China weapons shown on Insurgency: Sandstorms are wierd though (Execpt export weapon, and also QBZ-03 export version is T03 as it use 5.56 NATO and NATO STANAG), especially QTS-11 (Normally it rarely or Never saw on such Insurgent Country, unless it was limited equipped from PRC Ambassador Security Forces)
One year later and i have photos of IS insurgents having foreign weapons , from M762 to VH2 heck they have almost almost all the stuff a western army uses , one even have SIG . So the QBZ here isn't quite a exception
Watching the player just dispose of empty Dragunov Magazines hurts a lot more than normal mags because of how rare and expensive they are...
I mean they are in a war, and the military has money to manufacture and buy those for the soldiers
4:27 You should say "Fuck you Vanguard"
One question before I buy insurgency console ver...is it worth it?
*insert critique of animations here because animation showcase video
