Glad you posted the video of the "classic" BL because it never flew like this one! This BL2 is very impressive and stable. The original was a mad dog and completely unpredictable. Just like the vid you posted of that mint condition original. The Nano back then was a rock star in comparison.
Great bird, thought me how to do inverted nose in hurricane when I was very active in flying. Mine is bound currently to RadioMaster TX16s, not as responsive how I want it to be but maybe I’m missing something with my setup. Had mine for a while now. Great vid, thanks for sharing.
Hi! I'm a pretty basic flyer that's been flying the nano cpx v2 for a few years. What's your input for me on whether or not I should upgrade to the mcpx or the 150s. I'm torn and would appreciate your opinion. Thanks in advance!
The mcpx is a great heli, certainly an upgrade from the Nano. However, since you have already been flying for some years now, I would jump up to the 150S. The mcpx is essentially a slightly larger Nano w/ brushless motors. I think you would find more satisfaction in the 150S. They are both just as easy to fly, but I will say that the mcpx is less likely to break during crashes, but I would not let that stop me from getting a 150S.
In fairness to your viewers, you should provide fair warning that you are a fully trained Jedi Master 😅 who happens to be at the peak of their Celestial Powers.
I stuck a small piece of thin Velcro (soft side) onto the battery which creates just enough friction to keep it from sliding out. Yeah Blade isn’t known for perfection 🤣
I just got one last week and Im having a problem. I bind it and I get ESC warning on my radio(NX8) and I give it throttle , it spulls up once and after that no throttle but everything else works. You think you can help me out, you seem like you have a lot of experience with helis.
What does the warning say? Are you positive your battery is charged & healthy? You might want to make sure you don’t have a bad battery. Also, Iv seen some of these mCPX’s come out of the box with ESC issues, you might want to try and warranty it soon if you cannot figure it out.
@@adventures3699 That sounds like the telemetry warning you of LVC. Did you recently buy the battery as well? Do you have a lipo checker to look at the volts of the sells? The short little spool up and then it cutting off sounds like LVC.
@@adventures3699 If your sure it isn’t your batteries, I would be talking with where you purchased it from about a replacement. I had a friend who got a defective one and the hobby shop had to replace it. It happens sometimes unfortunately
@@fklotaloi I have an original MCPX BL as well, the BL2 is a huge improvement over the original that was released almost 10 years ago. They are both great, but the BL2 is noticeably better. 👍🏻
That is no shape can way or form compared to the s3...this is a powerful bird you can't fly 3d indoors with...well u can try till it cuts a hole in your drywall ;)

11 or 12 years ago I learned on the original mcpx v2. I still have it stored away in the basement. Might have to pick this one up. 🙂

It just says warning and it says ESC and it shows the voltage. I have a picture if you want to see it.

I've charged 3 new batteries. All 3 are brand new and it keeps doing the same thing!
