played this game when it first came out but never got into it. restarted the game 2 weeks ago, and i’m now max level, almost watch level 40 and doing Endgame content. Glad i finally got into it!
I was the same. Got it at launch. Got warlords of new york. Got to end game. Completed the story and put it away. Had a break for 18 months and then played it religiously since. Got into discord community, raids and speedruns. Love it now 😁.
yo! same. I played alot with the boyz back when the game first came out on ps4. grinding for the eagle bearer. had an awesome AR build. just downloaded yesterday on pc. its changed alot. it has been 3years tho
I'm very glad I gave the division 2 a chance this year. when u said the game didn't have a gear score, I was happy, and I look forward to the Brooklyn DLC. I wish you all a happy year's eve ❤❤
Happy New Year Rogue Gold! As someone who's played The Division since it launched, as well as Division 2, both on PC, I can say that the technical issues which had plagued the platform definitely had to be addressed by a major update, and am glad for Project Resolve being deployed to solve it. The game has promise (even if content is being drip-fed to us), can't wait for the expansion in Brooklyn coming soon!
I was eyeing this game for quite a while as a fan of looter shooters. Played back in November and now I can't stop playing it. Now 200+ hours in it's been really fun
I am in a weird position in the game where im able to solo heroic content very easily but im struggling to solo legendary... There's still a lot to learn in the game!!
The game itself is still solid. However; doing 16 scouts to find Parnell has been hella annoying tbh. I understand that it takes time to create and build the content but I think the lack of straightforwardness is what is keeping some of the community cautious about backing the game 100%. I love the game for what it offers and how it has improved me as a solo player but I think the change they need to do is to obviously not revive dead characters and just stabilize the game as a whole bugs and all that
I just hope we get some good content out of this DLC and we don’t get any bugs that affect the overall experience of the entire game past Lv30/40 or even a bug like that one that happened on PS4 and the control point bug. There’s also a thing I was thinking about, knowing Heartland had a melee mechanic what if we get a melee/stealth mechanic in the third game? I think that would be cool but that would probably change the pace of it.
I really hope the division comes back to that primal idea of the very first trailer of division 1. I don’t want it to be a survival game where you depend on food and water but make it more rewarding in terms of exploration .
As a PC player project resolve was game changing - I’ve played hundreds of hours and was suffering game crashes which were putting me off playing - these stopped with project resolve.
Happy new year roguegold 😌. I was never a fan of heartland so i wasn't too upset that it got cancelled cuz even if they've tried to make it easier pvp in division is still my least favourite part of the franchise but that's just me and probably a skill issue 😅 but I was interested in the story of Heartland. Hopefully they may add some of it to division 2 or three in a couple of years time. I did like Keener and I was glad he was back but at the same time I can see why people are getting frustrated by the story as for the scouts it's nice we don't have to wait a month before new comms drop from the story but it's a bit frustrating that you only get one comm per week 🤷. Like someone else said on this comment section i do think the Brooklyn dlc could be the make or break for division two but this game has so much potential. Ill be glad to go to a new location but it's an important one too as that's where we were first activated. Hoping Jessica makes an appearance in the game. But despite what I said its my favourite game to play atm and I'm excited to see what this year brings ☺️
Ive been doing my best to invite more low level players to our clan and give them a little motivation to stay with the game and ask everyone to help new players as much as possible. These xp events usually see a rise in new/returning players so lets do our best to continue to grow the fanbase in 2025 as much as we can. We have the best community in the Division franchise so lets prove it agents :)
Somehow during a period when all the developers migrated to do Star Wars and Heartland, this game got major huge Updates and QOL changes. Countdown, descent. Incursions, Expertise...I have been suprised at a lot of the changes, and revamps of the Seasons. I come back every time tho! Cant say i like all the chages, but they get an A+ for Effort and Progress
It is pretty crazy how the team went down to 6 Devs, and have slowly rebuilt a small team. It's far from the support we used to have, and certainly not everything has been perfect- but I'll always commend them for working hard and striving for ambitious things like a new DLC!
Been watching your videos lately as I’ve got back into this game. Not a huge fan but I do enjoy what the game and what it offers your content has helped build my agent slowly but surely also love the pvp aspect but I’m too scared to dive into that I’m just a chill guy Yk
The Devs confirmed in a recent stream that there is currently no Hunter/puzzle to be found, unfortunately. The hook was made when they had plans to make a new Hunter, but apparently "plans changed."
I just started playing recently and I'm well into the endgame now. It sounds like I happened to come in at just the right time. Thanks to anyone who fought the fight against whatever that seasonal character weirdness was meant to be. That would have been a massive turn off even to me as a new player. Now I'm in a spot where I'm wondering just how much I'll end up spending on DLC, which has to be considered a solid end result for Ubi. With new DLC on the horizon that hasn't had an agonizingly long wait for me, I feel quite lucky with the timing. I hope long term fans aren't burned out or hung up on something they were used to, and can appreciate the current state of the game as much as someone who got to jump on quite the smoothly running, comfy bandwagon after it had five years of ups and downs.
I believe the Apartment is intended to be DZ-only, but there's been some bugs with that loot table this Season, so I can't say for certain whether you could get it from Countdown/Summit right now or not. This is my fav Rifle setup! 👉 th-cam.com/video/HPtq2eGIFRQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=0pqgEjA3c2IiPU4r
@@RogueGoldI’m guessing they could’ve changed it but I got the apartment from somewhere else, but never stepped foot in the DZ lol. No ides where I actually got it though.
4-piece Striker, Coyote's Mask, 1x Ceska, 52% crit chance, all the rest into crit damage. 6 red cores. Lexington w/ Killer. Modifiers enabled w/ All Out, Drawback, Persistence, and Liability. Best of luck on the project 😄
It’s been a full year of me seeing Div 2 on sale on Steam, seriously considering returning and starting over on PC, then checking the latest update video, seeing the awful changes/new lore, and going “oh god fuck no”. Rinse and repeat in 2025 probably.
Game has had no major update in years, last update we got was for shit modifiers that makes the game easier, we needs more raids and incursions years ago
I've loved this game since release--since Division 1, in fact. I got where Massive wanted to go with seasonal characters, but it's just been overdone and there just had to be something different.
Heartland: I was not interested in an extraction looter, therefore I don’t bother about the cancellation but I was surprised about the cancellation at that late stage. Perhaps they can recycle the map for a D2 or D3 DLC.
I'm one of those who's glad Heartland was scrapped. It didn't interest me at all the way it was marketed, but I knew I'd need to play it so I'd get the story. Sorry for those who wanted something like that. Ubi should really take a look what sells, what works and make those work while finding new IP's.
Modifiers are now super weak now. I use full red striker build. Zero hazard protection. Zero hazard modifier and I don't play below heroic with 2 mod. Tbh, I don't fancy the work you need doing b4 unlocking the modifiers. I hope they keep to their word about reducing that in next update
Happy new year. The problem with seasonal characters for me was the radio silence from the devs. It was a blurb on Ubisoft forward and I get the feeling Ubisoft looks at the division as the red headed step child. We had nothing in the main body and in the after show we had the least amount of time. Let’s face it outlaws bombed and the new assassin creed game looks like it is going to bomb as well with all the stupid stuff they decided to do with it. But that is just my opinion
not to sound arrogant but the devs are dragging their asses on the story and already fucked up by faking the deaths of Keeners goons. Brooklyn DLC will be the "make it or break it" for the rest of D2 life cycle.
Seasons 2.0: good that they skipped seasonal characters. Journeys I will not play again. That was work and not playing. The modifiers I don’t use. The priority objectives are good because these are basically dynamic daily projects. Summarizing: a lot marketing, hype, severe bugs, frustration and no new playable content but I am looking forward to the DLC. After year 4 and 5 again a wasted game development.
I love The Division 2 but we’ve gotten the short end for so long that we live in a constant state of copium. Ubisoft Massive had a great thing going with The Division 2. They decided to chase fads, leave The Division 2 and its huge player base in limbo. It’s getting harder to care about a franchise that doesn’t care about the players. I’ve been playing POE 2 and it’s refreshing and fun to play a game that the devs respect the players, have passion, and communicate.
Man, it's time for the 3rd entry to be officially announced. This game is getting stale. Updates are appreciated, but it's hard to have player retention when we've been doing the same missions, over and over, with the same skills as always.
Story: well, no clue what story you mean, probably story from the Descent audiologs? Instead of providing story for the whole player base they try to lure players in that mode that this is played.
One can asume that they will use the game mode and some other things for the division 3 (shaders, textures, entire objects etc), i don't think they would just throw an entire complete game to the garbage
if never heard about new dlc they never downlod this game again. what a joke bcz this game feel like snake game in old nokia mobile next time how much long you have snake same and same missions with new cheap trick
