ร้านอาหารต่างๆได้โปรดบอกวิธีกินเขาด้วยอาหารชนิดนี้กินกับน้ำจิ้มอะไรเช่นหมูกรอบราดรึจิ้มชีอิ้วดำรึกินกับผักอะไรรึ แกงนี้ไม่ใช่ชุบต้องกินกับข้าว ชุบคือน้ำใสๆที่ใส่ฟัก เพราะฝรั่งเข้าใจผิดมาตลอดว่าแกงมีน้ำๆบ้านเราคือซุปกินเปล่าๆไม่ได้กินกับข้าว เหมือนแกงเหลืองปลาทางใต้เผ็ดๆฝรั่งนั่งซดน้ำเผ็ดก็เผ็ดไม่ได้กินกับข้าว น่าสงสาร.
ฝรั่งเขาไม่เข้าใจไม่เคยกินบอกวิธีเขาด้วย *ฝรั่งก็ควรถามวิธีกินด้วยกินกับอะไรกินกับน้ำจิ้มอะไรกินกับผักอะไร ฝรั่งจะได้กินอร่อยขึ้นน้ำจิ้มก็เริ่มจากน้อยๆไปหามาก ฝรั่งบางคนควักน้ำจิ้มเยอะเผ็ดจนกินไม่ได้ทิ้งอาหารเสียดายอาหาร.
ไม่มีผิดมีถูก เพราะเขาก็คิดว่ากินแบบบ้านเขา คนขายก็เข้าใจว่าเคยกินเลยไม่ได้แนะนำ
เราเคยไปร้านอินเดียกับเพื่อนฝรั่ง เราสั่งตามรูปเพราะไม่รู้จัก เขาเสิร์หมาเราก็นั่งงง กินกับอะไร ถามคนเสิร์ฟ บอกกินกับข้าวก็ได้รึโรตี แต่เขาไม่ได้ขายคู่
ของเพื่อนฝรั่งดันมีโรตีเสิร์ฟมาด้วย (สั่งคนละเซ็ต) ก็เลยแบ่งจากเพื่อนมาแผ่นนึง

Hat Yai is super popular among Malaysian tourists. I think most customers in that Hunan Chicken Restaurant are mostly Malaysians. MY
Yes there were many Malaysian people travelling in Hat Yai 😍
For Kao Kha Moo you can order pork meat only if you do not eat the skin and fat. Kao Moo Krob normally comes with the red brown gravy on top but some restaurant will separate it as a side dish. Recommended to mix together and eat.

เมนูข้าวมันไก่ต้ม ในจานไม่ใช่ไต แต่เป็นหัวใจไก่ รสชาติจะคล้ายตับ มัน มีความเป็น Creamy butter เล็กน้อย อร่อย
ข้าวขาหมูและข้าวหมูกรอบน่าอร่อยมาก ข้าวหมูกรอบต้องทานราดด้วยน้ำจิ้มซอสซีอิ้วดำหวาน-เปรี้ยว
ส่วนข้าวขาหมูทานราดน้ำจิ้มเปรี้ยวถูกต้องแล้ว
ติ่มซำ Dimsum มีน้ำจิ้มที่หลากหลาย 3-4 อย่าง มีทั้งน้ำจิ้มเปรี้ยว หวาน บ๊วย (Peach) จิ๊กโฉ่ว แต่ละอย่างทานคู่กับแต่ละวัตถุดิบ/เมนู
คุณทานเก่งมากๆๆ คุณทำให้ฉันน้ำลายไหลอีกแล้ว 🤤

Normally the chickens' organs in the chicken rice restaurant are liver and heart. You can order the restaurant "no organ". Likewise you can order chicken meat only if you do not like the chicken skin. Cucumber is intended to soothe the fatty flavor in your mouth. Enjoy.
Diggy enjoys the organs with the chicken (me not so much Danny), we need to learn some more thai language so we can ask for the different things. Yes the cucumber is very refreshing to eat inbetween the chicken. Thanks for watching Patweythit 🙂🙏

In general, rice is cooked with plain water. But if it's Khao Man Gai (Kaw mun gai), it will be cooked from chicken broth. And there are herbs such as ginger, coriander root, garlic. For dipping sauces or sauces, it is soybean paste, garlic, ginger and chopped chili and lime or vinegar and sugar.

Hey 😊 We have been told by Thai people in Bangkok and Thai people in Chumphon that the best one is in Hat Yai that is why we said that the best one is in Hat Yai 😉 but ofcourse everyone has a different opinion.
No we are not going further down south this time as we had to go back to see our family and we would not have enough time 😉 but we will go back there for sure as we love south of Thailand 🥰

How do you feel after test Dim Sum in Hat Yai ??? ....For me southern Thailand Dim Sum style quite horrible .... mostly teste less.
กินเข้าไปได้ไง ...ติมซำ ภาคใต้ มันแย่มาก ....You better across to Penang Malaysia.....Dim Sum there a little bit better....compare with southern Thailand style.
