Chicken Biryani + Fried Chicken If you don't like dry chicken Next time should order chicken drumsticks. chicken breast is the dryest part
Another thing is Southern style chicken biryani is mostly dry fried chicken.
Especially the bottom 4 provinces of Thailand.
If you're still there, be sure to ask for the oxtail soup.
Some Malaysians cross international borders for this soup.
Most importantly, tell the seller that you want the taste of Thai people.

To say not sweet is "Mai Waan" you might get not sweet or no sugar at all. If you want to say less sweet, you would say "Waan Noy" with the "Noy" in high tone because if you misspronouce in low tone, it would mean more sweet. To aviod this mistake just say "Waan Nid Noy" this means a little sweet. (Nid Noy means little) by the way I love your Thai.

@@danny_and_diggy yes could be! We always have personal preferences as well 😃 Mosque was huge. I’ve been to Haghia Sophia mosque in Istanbul which was quite spectacular too. Hope you’re feeling better soon.. Do some ginger tea which is miraculous for headaches 🥰🥰🥰

ไก่ทอดหาดใหญ่สูตรของเขาคือไม่อมน้ำมันครับเนื้อไก่ด้านในก็จะไม่ได้ชุ่มฉ่ำเหมือนไก่ทอดทั่วไปคนไทยจะชอบสูตรแบบนี้แบบไม่อมน้ำมันแต่ชาวต่างชาติอาจจะชอบแบบเนื้อข้างในนุ่มๆ

I don't remember visiting the Central Mosque. Maybe next time. How easy was it renting a motor bike? 🤔Looking forward to seeing Songkhla. I did wonder at the time of my visit whether it would have been better to stay there rather than Hat Yai. I will be interested to hear your thoughts on that one. Maybe a few days in both? 🤔
Hi John 🥰 its very easy to rent a motorbike (average 300 baht per day). We prefer to stay in Hat Yai as there is more food over there 😉 we also loved Songhkla Old Town (video coming soon 😊) but it was a bit to quiet for us. So we would recommend staying in Hat Yai and renting a motorbike to travel around 😉

Shorts to knee is ok. Anything above the knees the no proper. Most times mosque will have extra cloths to wear

@@danny_and_diggy Khao Yum is a unique Southern Thai tossed salad rice dish, which is a cooked rice that mixes vegetables, herbs and dressing called "Budu"

Disappointing that Decha make it dry, you guys just had a bad day. Normally they fried them really well.
Next time go try Sofeeya fried chicken stall, it’s on another level. The spices, crispiness, tenderness, juiciness, fried shallot and sauce are on point.

The chicken may supposed to be dry?!? Perhaps the dry style is one reason it's special?!?
