Spent most of our time in the main pool. They moved the Jerk Hut to by the main pool (near the volleyball court). Eating delicious bbq chicken poolside was awesome. Too bad the jacuzzi jets weren't working in the main pool though.
Grand Paladium gets a A for scenery, but the food there sucks, I’m a Jamaican and I know what the food should taste like, even if they wanted to modify the spices, it should not totally compromise the taste of the food and the quality
it's not in Mobay. it's in Hanover near Lucea. Misleading advertising - Trying to dis Hanover like people won't visit. the place is amazing and people will visit regardless of location.

Hanover is a Parish. You said it wasn't in Montego Bay, its in Hanover, as if Hanover is a city. Montego Bay is in Saint James parrish. Thats like me saying The Sears Tower isnt in Milwaukee, it's in Illinois, instead of saying its in Chicago. But cook on. LOL

Montego Bay is a Brand so using Montego Bay is easier to market the Hotel. Tryall and Round hill are also Hanover, royalton is in falmouth but they market them as montego bay. No one is going to be excited to book a room in Jamaica that doesn't have montego bay, negril, ocho Rios attached to it, those are the brand name towns.
This place is terrible if you are not a member. My client has videos and pictures complaining about broken things in the room. It seems like they don't care unless you are a member.

You can't hide from the violent world, you just have to fashion it to the best kind of reality for you. The truth is as a tourist if you stay with the group or whatever on the tour route there's a 99.9% chance of nothing happening. Also as a citizen of this country reading the newspaper everyday, the people who are dying are those who either know the criminal themselves, have some domestic connections with them or is the relative of a criminal in hiding . Therefore if you don't know the criminal based on my estimation their's a 30% chance you'll become a victim given that you are in a very vulnerable situation. As a tourist I'm sure you probably won't meet into some kind of dilemma where you are stranded on the road having to trust some stranger but if you ask my honest opinion your more likely to be robbed than killed if you go to the wrong places.

We have stayed in the Ocho Rios RIU Hotel and the RIU at Montego Bay brilliant Holidays were going to Th Grand Luxury in June so hoping all is good x
