the noise you hearing is from the sound system they probably didnt add en external battery to support the power of the amp once you remove the sound system it will go away
That noise in the speaker is the ANC. someone didn't hook it up right with the system

That hissing from the speaker is ground loop. It's usually from a bad grounding point.

That whining is due to audio input rca most likely, possibly a line out converter was installed.
I wanted that car so bad. I sold 61,000 worth of stock to buy it. I was done at 50k and I was amazed what it sold for. I was looking at 7,000 in auction fees 2,000 for shipping and it was out of my price range.. I thought it was a really nice car and I’m glad I was right.. good luck with your new car

60k plus for a salvage track hawk is there a way to make money back do people pay 70k plus for rebuilt title trackhawk when there 90 k or so clean no theft etc also do Michigan let you’ll tag a salvage car with no inspection I seen it was tagged pretty quick

I thiought at first that somebody made a TH clone out of a SRT, cuz all the badging was wrong in addition to the brakes, but I realized that the calipers had been painted cuz the dust caps were red too.. and yeah!
