The Mounted Triangle and the Triangle Armbar from Mount

This is one of my favorite submissions from mount!!! Especially if you go for it immediately upon entering mount.
In this video I show how to pull on the head, how to lead with the hips, how to make your angle, and then a slick armbar that Charles Hanebrink showed me.
A great series that's high percentage in both the gi and no gi.
