Hi guys, been watching your channel for quite a while. Love your channel! Every year I travel from Chattanooga where I live up to my home in Pennsylvania, and always make my first stop in wytheville. I did eat at skeeters, and love their slaw dogs, never ate at the log house 1776, looked really good, next time I get up that way I have to stop and eat there. Thanks again for the great videos. This is right down the road from me. Would have loved to run into y'all! Awesome that you guys pronounced Wytheville right! Most people not from around here say it as "why-thville" instead of "with-ville".
We've passed Wytheville many times on our way to Richmond, but have never stopped there. After seeing your video, we're going to definitely make Wytheville a stop. Maybe even spend a night there. Thanks for an interesting video.

Love your channel!! We follow you guys a lot. We took our daughter and son in law to 1776. We loved it and the shops. Back story our daughter was on a trip to the Bible Bowl years ago and the group stoped there. Probably when she was 12-13 she's now 28. She never remembered the name but was in love with that place. I saw your video and sent it to her and asked if that was where she went back then. Sure enough it was. 2 1/2 hour drive and we had dinner there tonight. Thank you!! Keep those videos coming!!!

i love your videos...i have seen hundreds of videos on Dollywood and Gatlinburg..i'll never go because i am in a wheelchair and have alot of health issues...i never go to where you go..but you go to some other places that some might not think of....when you see one town over and over ...it's over-kill...you get out to different camp sites and back roads and small towns ..very interesting all the time...now little Winston will enjoy these places too with the two of you.🐶🐕

I grew up eating at Skeeters. They were the best dogs around. Still pretty good. Moon Dog pizza is where my husband and I eat most of the time when we get pizza in Wytheville. The Big Pencil has been there for a really long time. They refurbished it not too long ago. We used to also have a giant pair of scissors. I noticed that someone already mentioned the fire at the Log House . We were all glad they were able to save it.Happy to see you enjoyed the food there. Thanks for visiting our town and sharing its beauty. Love your videos and glad to see you have a new furbaby. My husband and I always enjoyed seeing Big T. We hurt for you when he passed. Your new baby is just adorable. I'm sure he will have a wonderful life. God Bless you both.

Should’ve made a turn on North 77 and came to Bluefield. That’s where we are.
October 12 2021 the Log Cabin Restaurant in Wytheville caught fire. Crews were able to save 85% of the restaurant and it reopened in 2022.
Oh wow!
We were afraid it was lost when the flames were rising through the roof. The fire crews performed a miracle that night.
