    Wow! Ito yung matagal ko na request lods tocino 🥰. Tried twice na eh ginaya ko lang din sa yt palpak man 😅. Hoping meron lahat ng ingredients dito. Ganyan din ako magluto kahit marinated lang nilalagyan ko tubig. Ayaw ko sa sunog na hehe. Lakas makatakam eh perfect combo to tapos may hot coffee. Busolve talaga 😋😋😋. Thanks idol chef ginutom mo ako. Char!

    What does sodium phosphate, Prague powder #1, vitamin C powder and Anisette liquor do and where do you get each component? Seems exotic to make such a common dish and does the local karinderya use all those powders and the liquor?

    Sakin po medyo burnt for added flavor but not too much kasi magiging bitter po.. And yes po nagFried rice po ako using pinagprituhan ng tocino, longanisa, ham, atbp even adobo super yummy.. 😋

    Thank you chef sa recipe may natutunan , na naman ako ngayong araw nato , gusto ko medyo mag ba brown ang tocino pag niluluto ko yan , sarap buti na lang maaga akong nagluto naka sabay sa agahan namin ngayon panonood ko nito ,hanggang sa muli chef watch it till the end.

    I cook tocino by boiling it first. And we also do tocino fried rice after frying the tocino :) Kame medyo sunog ang tocino ang gusto namin ang mas masarap :)

    Sarap yan chef.. ganyan din aq magluto ng tocino.. pero ang partner ay hiniwang sariwang kamatis.. sarap talaga.. kmi pinapalamig muna ang suka bago ilagay sa papaya..

    Gusto ko po Sir yung medyo sunog, kasi po na enhance nya yung lasa ng sugar, ndi lng sweet ang lasa nya, parang nagcaramelized yung lasa po😋, yung dumating sa point na medyo sticky sya sa pan😁

    Sarap namam kuya, pero samin po dito sa Tarlac, after pagsahin ang mga sangkap ng tosino, icover sya nga maigi, ng wala sa ref, ng sagayon, magiging amoy maasim ang tosino, thats it, pwede na iluto after 2 to 3 days maybe, noo worries hindi po sya babaho dahil nakasangkap sya.🥰🥰🥰

    Hello po! Pwede mag request KILAYIN (kilawin) kapampangan dish. Whenever I wanted to cook I just visit your yt channel po It helps a lot and marami akong natututunan. Sana po mapansin nyo ito and mapagbigyan, fave. Ko kasi ang kilayin niluluto ng lola ko before kapag may occasion, sadly she passed away, wala man lng sya dishes na naituro sakin since bata pa ako nun and nag abroad din sya.     I've never had fresh made tocino before, always frozen store bought. So I always boil while its frozen then fry after the water has dried up, because I'm too lazy to wait for it to defrost, lol. When I crave tocino, I want it as fast as possible lol.

    I need to boiled first the tocino, until the water is dry then put some a little bit of oil, make it fry until the its all ready done with a perfect color..

    Sa akin po ung may burnt parts. Direcho fry po. Parang dun naconcentrate ung tamis ng tocino (especially kung may nakasama pang sauce habang niluluto). Malutong din at juicy. Kapag may water kase parang dried tingnan after maluto since walang sauce.
