I hope you enjoyed watching my latest video featuring the Mikolo Power Rack Cage. If you're into fitness and want to build your own home gym, this cage has everything you need to get started. From squats to bench presses, cable crossovers to dips, this cage is a versatile and affordable option that won't disappoint.
And if you're looking for more home gym equipment, be sure to check out my other videos and don't forget to subscribe to my channel. I've got plenty of reviews and demonstrations of different equipment, including the GMWD Leg Press Hack Squat Machine, which I also included a link to in the description. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you in the next one!

Which Mikolo power rack is this

I have the same question. What model is this? I've been looking at the MIKOLO K6 Power Rack vs the K6 but I honestly don't understand the differences

    • @Cellulolytic
      @Cellulolytic 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@JB-ev8lt im pretty sure this is the K3 but just with a different color scheme than advertised online or sold. i havent seen this particular color scheme. I bought the K3 around 3 weeks ago and it works really well for literally everything.
two main issues I had was that if you had the brand name plate thing attached, it makes a really loud clanging sound while working out (but you can just not attach that since it plays no real value) and that the side to side stability was a bit lacking. it had plenty of forward backward stability but still- i just wanted it to feel more stable all around. overall it has worked wonders, great spotting and pulley systems

I've been struggling to make progress with my workouts, but I realized now that I've been neglecting weight loading and accessories. time to switch things up and start seeing some gains!

I'm so glad that safety rods are becoming more common in gym equipment. It's about time that safety takes priority over everything else.

I've been intimidated by one arm rows, but now I can't wait to give it a try and see the results.

No rain or inclement weather where you live?
Definitely couldn’t have an outdoor gym where I’m at. 😊
Cool you’re working out in your 50s
    (Same here)
The rack is essentially what I’ve been looking for.
ie, combines a functional trainer and lat pull-down
(Just hard to find in my country)
    Main option is Powertec
    * But you can’t just purchase the pulleys as an accessory to the rack…
…you have to buy their functional trainer for the same price. 😜
(no consideration for space - let alone savings)
    Keep up the training, brother

I notice it's got a multi grip pull up bar on in the video but the pictures I see on your link and on Amszon it shows it's only got a single bar. Is the multi grip an upgrade for a price?

Is it safe to put a cage like this on a wooden floor with about 400lbs of weight plus a 250lbs guy working out on it with rubber mats underneath?

Why an 8/10 when you mentioned nothing negative about it? Also why did you say this is most suitable for a younger less experienced lifter? What’s missing? What would you improve?

We are looking to add one of these units to our garage gym and curious if you had bench recommendations. They have the option to add one, not sure if its worth the cost vs other options out there.

Hey what’s the pin hole size on this rack? I’m looking to get this along with the BULLETPROOF ISOLATOR rack attachment and was wondering if this can support the attachment. ( the pin size hole can be from 5/8″, 3/4″, 1/2″, 11/16″, or 1″)

The steele isnt that thick and the 4 inch holes apart might not be perfect for some people bench pressing but for that price range its great especially with the functional attachments for cable crossover
