    Great review. I just purchased the K3 w/ equipment package and in looking for some qaulity rubber mats. What is your mat set-up and did they give off a bad smell?

    great video! I'm looking to upgrade my basement future gym, only thing that worries me is the ceiling is 85 inches tall and when I purchased the house the previous owners installed new carpet I was worried about but after seeing you video it looks like you laid down rubber matter over the carpet. Does that work out well?

    Thanks for the video! Hownis the transition for the cable pulley? In the gym, there are some mashines where I cam easily do 120kg+ (250lbs) pulldowns and some where I am struggling with 70kg (150lbs). Are you able to compare it to a cable pulley in the gym?

    Nice review. The piece that bent I’ve seen called a t bar or just landmine handles. Pretty crummy that it bent like that so quickly.

    Just a follow up to my earlier comment. I really am thinking about purchasing one of these, but the wobble you pointed out is giving me second thoughts. Does it wobble like that using the cables? Say if you were using fairly heavy weight on the cable and were to use it at an angle at the top or bottom most point does it move? Overall would you buy again? Any new issues since the review? Thanks in advance.

      The only time you notice the wobble is if you are doing a pull up or possibly a dip. I have never had any issues with wobble while using the cables or when squatting/benching. Definitely would still recommend for a budget buy and no other issues have come up.

      the wobble is typical on most power racks unless you spend over 2k i just bought one and every other review and comment i see it positive

      The wobble is going to be common in all racks at this price range because these racks are lighter/smaller than commercial grade. IMO it's not a big deal. Unless you are recklessly swinging on the thing, you should be fine.

    What was the max weight you used on the cable system... I usually need 90KG but my goal is 100KG. You think its still ok or should i buy something more expansive?

      The most that I have put on one pulley system is 230lbs and didn't have issues

    What happens if you add 100+lbs to the cable system?

    • @RoblingFitness
      @RoblingFitness ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I have had more than 100lbs on the cable system and it has no issues, Lat pulldowns and rows are usually my heaviest weight on the cables
