In my honest opinion, Rockstar Games should have just included a working helicopter and or a cheat code to unlock one. 😵😒😈😎
Yes because it's the same system than the PS2 version
While helicopters are hard to fly in this game they are still easier to fly than the dodo in gta3

Hey you should try the cheatless methods! If you wanna know how to keep the Maverick from calme before the storm/ Ruhe bevor dem Sturm just check out some videos of mine.
(No cheats even if i could, i recorded on phone because it is shit to record on my ps vita, you need rampages and if you have questions just ask me (I got the H Uc Tp Banshee too but this us not necessary just do all remaining missions and save it in the Staunton Island garage))
So when you don't know what is this mission the mission is calm before the storm and false idols
There's actually a video to get the helicopter from the false idols mission on PSP and it was made by jam8tone who did it without cheating or downloading gamesaves

@Ahmad Shahbin exactly, I use emulation to play it on PC, PPSSPP is an emulator you can download on PC and other devices that allow you to run PSP games and code without original PSP hardware

I have a solution for psp.you have to cheat cars on water and pedestrian follow you and if the pedestrian enter the front seat shoot him with sniper rifle then the door opens.after you done taking the helicopter don't close the door or it will locked again

Go into the mission, destroy the heli, the. Push its corpse to your garage, when you get it there let the garage close, if you're lucky it will come out repaired, make sure you park something in there with it otherwise the helis wreck will just disappear when the garage door closes

ammel77 I've tried getting it out with a vehicle, but because of the angle that it's parked in, It makes it extremely hard and slow!
u could nuke it with the RPG may it move

+ammel77 Nope.The Maverick Simply Explodes after sniping the driver.
But you can destroy it normally and push the wreck into a garage.
