Great video! I'm glad that more people are starting to realize that Sammy's just a better version of Ken in this game(Sammy has a better bat and a cannon of an arm while Ken "only" has a solid arm)! Other than that, Barry Larkin is the only "main" issue with this list, if you ask me. Sorry to sound rude but Derek Jeter and Raul Mondesi are basically just better versions of Barry Larkin in this game, hahaha. When compared, Jeter has a better bat(he has 79/100 power and 72/100 contact while Barry Larkin has 76/100 power and 58/100 contact), is a better fielder(Jeter has a 98/100 arm strength stat and a 95/100 coordination stat compared to Larkin's 89/100 arm strength stat and 84/100 coordination stat), is in the same speed tier as Larkin and has better stamina that Larkin(Jeter has a 48/100 stamina stat while Larkin has a 24/100 stamina stat). And while he isn't a better version of Larkin, Mondesi has a much better arm(Raul has a 100/100 arm strength stat) , a more powerful bat(82/100 power vs Larkin's 76/100 power), and better stamina(Raul has a perfect 100/100 stamina stat) while being in the same speed tier as Larkin. With Jeter being an objectively better version and Mondesi being better at more important stats, they should probably be higher. Aside from the critiques, great list as there isn't anything that I can say that isn't objective, or not my opinion(I disagree with Amir being so high as I'd probably pick everyone lower except for Larkin above him and Jose Canseco, Sally Dobbs, Maria in a Pink uniform, Larry Walker and Juan Gonzalez for the characters not mentioned on the list but that's just my opinion, and I respect your opinion for putting him so high). I'm sorry if this was a lot to read, thanks for making these videos, these are always fun to watch! I hope you make a part 2 with the bottom 10 list!
I know about speed tiers. Jeter is at the low end of his tier, so he quickly drops to the one below it. Larkin will maintain his speed to round the bases. Their bats are pretty close, so I think the extra speed is important. Mondesi's contact is inferior to Larkin, Larkin's power is closer. Plus I tested extensively and measured productivity. I'm pretty confident in my selections, but I'll give you that those two are very close. Amir is crazy good, you're sleeping. He was 3rd highest ops and 3rd in runs scored over my testing.
@@longballhq3128 No, that's not how the speed tiers work. They don't "drop down" a tier faster after getting tired. The only thing that affects their speed is their stamina. So, for example, Jeter and Larkin run at the same speed when at full stamina, 3/4 stamina, 2/3 stamina, 1/2 stamina, ect. So, they objectively run the same, and you can even test this in game(you can, I don't know, get them both at 1/2 stamina or something). As I said, I respect the opinions on Amir. I just prefer Jose or Canseco, Sally Dobbs, Larry Walker, Maria Luna on a pink team, ect as they have similar power stats, contact doesn't mean that much in 2001/2003, at least when compared to power, while being a lot better in the field.

Find it strange that maria Luna isn’t on this list with the highest stats in the game by far when you give her a pink outfit but she is kinda clunky to hit with
I've had issues with her buffs just disappearing for several games. And she's not the highest stats by far even when buffed. She's still outhit by the players topping this list
