@pigmie I can confirm that the wobble fix has not been implemented yet. Just built my bench today and it required some adjusting and bending. Otherwise this bench is actually pretty awesome. except for the torque required to prevent the wobble. Just increases the resistance of the bench adjustments.
Researchers have found that ( after spending Huge amounts of $$$ Huge $$$ ) just moving around a couple of washers can make a greater bench with the right comfort! Awesome Bench But you gotta focus!
firmer bench = more stable back (less likely to slip a disc). However, Lucas was your previous bench firm at the time of purchase, or was it soft right out of the box.
