Thanks for the tips, as been ABIT frightened of the technology, so used my Minelab Sovereign XS2 last Sunday. Will now get out with my new 600 using your advice.Very helpful mate.
Come back after 6 months, got used to the Nox now so actually use full metal as a preference and let my brain work through the signals. It's alot of noise and not for everyone but I find it ok. Any more tips you have are always welcome. Cheers 👍

Why do you just not hunt all metal ( horseshoe on) all the time. Since you can turn it low not to fatigue you, why not?
You can just up and down your coil over a target and it will. Tell you if its a rust peace of metal
