    I have camped at Lost Creek several times. I have travelled through there many times. The Hiwassee River is my old friend. I have tubed, ranted, canoed and kayaked there for the past fifty years.

    The area you were in with all the dead trees had a nasty storm and tornadoes a few years ago. We were camped at parksville campground when it happened. Took down some huge trees in the campground. Even crushed one camper trailer.we used to spend a lot of time in that area before we started going to Arkansas

      @@CoddiwompleOverland @sceniccityoverland gave us that spot and a couple of more. When we set up at lost creek a guy came over and let us know someone was leaving and it would be a much better site. Then he left, because of the bad cell service, to download and give me cords on several more sites! Took him 20 minutes. Great people.

    You have a good eye for drone footage as well as the camera footage. Always great to see your adventures. What kind of drone did you get? I'm up for a new one as my Bugs is in a tree in NE Ga since last October. We do have fun trying to get it back down though, a couple of nights at a time. I'm getting to know that tree pretty well, and...It keeps beating me. For now :)

    There's secluded camping everywhere, you just have to find it. And that's the way it should be. I always hope the people with the video channels don't find them so they don't broadcast them all over the friggin place. These places are supposed to be discovered, not advertised.

  • @JEEP-N-DIRT

    Good job. Looks like someone got a new toy (drone). I'm assuming it made it easier to get those water crossing shots so someone else wouldn't have to get out of the jeep. Lol.

    • @CoddiwompleOverland
      @CoddiwompleOverland  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks? Yes we got a drone. It did make some of the water crossings easier but Deb still done several of them handheld. Only problem with the drone is it may cut down on some of my entertainment if watching her try to get "that awesome water crossing shot"... Lol. ThankYou for watching!

      @@CoddiwompleOverland incase you didnt know, you are violating federal laws by using your drone as part of this channel.
