- Proverbs 3:11-12 NIV says
"My son, do not despise the Lord’s discipline,
and do not resent his rebuke,
because the Lord disciplines those he loves,
as a father the son he delights in."
We are not going to understand everything God does! In fact, most of the time it won't make sense to us. One thing that is important to remember is that Godly conviction and correction is protection to us.
It is a sign of God's presence and love in our lives. Don't despise God's correction when He gives it to you!
I hope that this message reaches you, encourages you, and challenges you to see the true perspective of God's discipline in your life.

My greatest hurt, pain was my Wife passing away on Christmas Eve 2023. What I did with this crushing loss was get more into God’s word. My routine now is come home from work, make a cup of coffee then pray and read the Bible. God is good!!

the timing of this is incredible. ive been battling insecurities for the past couple months. i broke up with my girlfriend because i was overthinking like crazy for no reason. she was perfect and ive always thought shes the type of person God would send. i just couldnt live in the moment and i worried too much about the future. point is, around the time i broke up with her, the devil planted a certain thought in my head that made me so uncomfortable and i didnt believe it. ive always believed in God but i was definitely a lukewarm Christian. over the past month ive been dedicated every free second I have to knowing the word of God. i still fight the thought every day and at times i feel like God’s given up but i know its not true. i just need to ask for strength in fighting the devil. sorry for the essay but i had a lot to say. if its not too much to ask, please pray for me
Proverbs is my favorite book in the Bible, I honestly never read it until 2023 or this year. The wisdom is mindblowingly awesome, powerful.

God is definitely a healer, he listens and I use to doubt him but he sends signs and wonders. And I had to eliminate what was bad to gain what is good for me.

been struggling a lot recently with overthinking and doubting my salvation. its strange, i can look at my life recently and see that God is changing my mind and heart (eg i dont look forward to or idolise the things of this world, im hating and resisting my sin more and more, i cant really listen to secular music the same way) but im hit with doubts and fears that my sin is too much for God. the bible says “my grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness”. i know im being drawn closer to God and further from my sin but as that happens im hit with these thoughts more and more. keep me in your prayers please!!
3:34-4:15!!!!!! Man I can relate to this. God delivered me from my porn addiction. I was watching a video on here about sin and lust and an ad about porn addiction and religion came on. I said to myself that that was God talking to me. I haven’t watched it since, that was in June or July.

I wanted to hit you guys with a testimony of gods greatness so a few days ago in my highschool there is this marathon that they do thats kinda far and well you gotta sign up before its too late and hit a limit of students. Well i had planed to sign up cause i didn't feel liked stayin in my house all day long, so i waited to sign up this monday, but when i went to sign myself up they told me that they already hit the max of students to go to the marathon, i felt a bit sad but didn't care cause god those things all for a reason.. Then on wednesday after my first class ended i was about to take the stairs to go to my classroom when i see this friend (eliu)
And we started talking when he told me if i was interested or if i knew someone who was interested in taking his place, because on that day hes got some things to do and he won't be able to make it. So he was wondering to give his seat away and i accepted it. (The marathon is this saturday and i got a seat, thanks to god :))

I used to do the same thing and I promised God that I will never watch that stuff anymore. You have to say to your self when you Get them “ God is way more bigger than that” and block them out. Pray read the Bible

Man I feel you when you said that your tried to cut off secular music and then you almost slipped up and your air pods died immediately. I once told God that I was cutting off secular music and then during the day I slipped and was listening to something I shouldn't, and immedietly felt that conviction like, " What are you doing?!"🤣
Also please pray for me and my teeth, around March, I had a checkup and they discovered one cavity, then after I came back again and filled it a few days later I found out I had a root canal and ever since then my teeth haven't' felt the same!
