Sorry to hear you're spiralling a bit. Completely relate. I liked your new content because I like hearing you speak. Typically I don't even watch your videos; I listen to them. I have TH-cam premium so I put your videos on in the background, therefore I haven't actually seen the fast editing. I've been watching since the failure-in-your-40s days (though today is my 29th birthday 😅 so I was much younger then) and initially resonated with your natural style of speaking. You also covered about topics that I hadn't seen before as a productivity junkie. Livestreams sound like a good move! I think authenticity is complicated and content platforms aren't conducive to going your own way (yet). But it's essential that more content creators dissent from following the "content rules" so that the platform can improve. Eff the algorithm 🎉

Thank you my friend! I am feeling a LOT better after putting this out there today. Luckily I was only feeling obsessive and inauthentic this past 2-3 weeks. So glad that what I have created has resonated for you, and I am also excited that you listen rather than watch. That is what is most important I believe. I appreciate you! Let’s keep growing together! 😊🙏🏻

Thank you for sharing. I’m glad you’re going back to creating your own content instead of using algorithms. It makes your videos more meaningful and valuable. I agree you can leave the music out 🤭 but I found the PowerPoint slides helpful because I’m more of a visual learner so if I see things written out it’s easier for me to understand and remember.

I realised many ideas you talk about sound very similar to Stoic philosophy...i would love to see you talk about Stoic philosophers, Seneca, Marcus Aurelius, etc

Yes that is something I have been reading and learning more about. I really resonate with the writings and teachings of Epicurus - have you read any of his ideas?

@@midsonshort Yes, I feel as if both Epictetus & Epicurius have their own ways of explaining stuff about life that to this day hold true....although I will point out, some Stoic n Epicurean ideas are very similar although ppl treat them as opposing parties

Maybe I should take philosophy classes at school in the future to perhaps better understand what you will be mentioning.
