Bhai mere paas same bike hai aur muze bhi aisa kag raha tha but aaj Maine TVS ke executive ke sath check kiya to yaha pe speed ka kuch role nhi hai. Sab rpm pe depend karta hai.
Rain or Urban mode me 3000 RPM ke upar red light band hoga aur Sports mode me 6000 RPM ke upar red light band hogi.
Try karke dekhna.
Ji vai Mera b waise hi ho raha hy.....and mujhhe lagta hy ki red light jalne se oil consume jyada karta hy.
Mere vi same problem ho raha hai..🙁kaise a problem solve hoga?

Bilkul bhai mere main be hai aur bhai ye urban mode pay be on rhte hai aur bhai gair shifter kiya hota hai wo bata do bhai , jaise thodi speed increase karte hai rpm light jalte hai
Bhai mere bike me urban mode per tho theek se work karta hai but yah problem sports mode per hai only ap service centre dekha lo bike ke meter ko 👍

It seems it's default setting as i enquired about this issue in TVS service centre, machanic guy told it's a default setting in sport mode.

In urban mode when the rpm reaches 3000 to 3500 the red light turs on and when rpm goes more than 3500 or less than 3000 the red light turns of🙄... Is that a problem?

Mera rtr 200 4v he riding mood bala soo a mere gari ka bhi problem he sem but tvs ka gear shifting light lower rpm and gear down and rpm limits pura sem ak hi bari main usa light sensor main de diya is liye sports mood ka sensor ase working kar ta he kuch jada ghabrane ka issues nehi he up akbar rpm 7to8000 pe chala ke dekho sports mood main light chala jaye ga

Sports mode pe bike ki power increase ho jati hai .. jaha par urban mode me agar aap 4 number gear me chalaige to 58 se 60 k speed pe jane k baad red light jalne lagega aur aap ko 5th gear me shift karna hai.. wohi agar sports mode me chalate hai to 3rd gear me hi gari 58 tak chali jayegi aur phir red light jalne lagegi.. tab 4th me shift karna he.. agar apne 4th gear me 65 k niche chalaya sports mode me to red light jalti rahegi... Aur sabhi gear me similar hai.. 2nd gear me agar urban mode me aap ki gari 30 ki speed me jaa k red light dikha rahi hai to sports mode me 2nd gear me aap ko 30 k niche nhi chalana hai.. agar 30 k niche chalaye to red light jalti rahegi... Kyuki sports me uska power increase ho jati hai.. to bike aapko allow karta hai k highest speed achieve kare.. yeh mera personal experience hai.. maine khud notice kiya hai apne bike pe ... Mera v yahi bike hai

Boys at service center are highly unprofessional. They've little knowledge about these things. They say this light should be on always. And you'll get call from showroom to rate 10/10 to high command and they'll say that they'll look after your problem but they ignore it. Worst service tvs.
