Had some trouble with the pi1541 pi3b+ option B myself, turned out to be a low quality 7406 hex inverter. You did mention it to be genuine chip in there. I had no troubles with a pizero option A. Thank you for the great video
Dual SID sounds awesome mate :) Great video!
"Are you a snowflake? Does rude language offend you?"
he said snowflake . LOL . loving this guy
That dual Sid music is insane 😮 amazed me. Loved you had Mario on the gone looked and sounded better than the Nes version 😊

Did you also test it in VDC mode at 2 MHz?
Hey mate, great vid! One thing to clarify about RFO is that the SID files themselves played perfectly on the 128 with the FPGA sid, but the actual demo didn't. Also it seems which mode the VDC was in had an impact. Thinking it was some kind of bus timing conflict. Even with a real sid chip you can hear a difference in quality between playing the SID file vs running the entire demo. My Pico boards should be arriving soon, I'll have a play with them and see how they compare. I wonder how much of an impact PAL vs NTSC there is too, I need to get my PAL machine running...
