Feeding Midjourney AI the Actual Plan of Seaside

Midjourney AI's usefulness for architects and urban planners is limited to conceptual work, but it can be enhanced by giving it reference images to work with.
I asked Midjourney to help me design a new urbanist Seaside town, and the results were okay... until I gave it the actual plan of Seaside Florida from 1980. The AI mashed the image together with its own generative capabilities, and the results became significantly better.
