Agreed. I didn't see a lift in the video, may be I missed. Maids and maintenance regularly is an expensive affair. I was wondering if there is a way where we can minimize such things.

It’s an example why one should choose a reputed architect not some wannabe TH-camrs who make fool of ppl by using some googled English phrases, go and meet at-least 5 architects and see their projects and how well they have planned each space with ventilation/natural light flow/liveliness, don’t fall on their English skills, this house is neither having a good elevation nor the planning , the ambiance of this is house is depressing, I feel sorry for the family.
This plan is not vastu compliant. Placement of gate is not correct. Although from point of view of architecture it is smart design, but placement of gate is wrong which will create havoc for father or son, whichever is the earning member.

In bangalore, it is compulsory to install solar panels for houses over 1200 sq feet

There is lift and they can always have maids to clean.
