Low production is always best so long as the audio quality is good. I think it’s because it’s usually the smaller or newer channels and those people are still doing it because they love it rather than as a job.
This video reminds me of old-school classic asmr. Which are the best kinds of videos. Some of these these modern asmr videos are created like Hollywood movies, and they are so distracting and the exact opposite of what asmr should be.
Every time I see a blood pressure cuff I remember the time this lady had it so tight on my arm and I was low key scared I’ve never had it that tight so I thought for sure something was wrong and then after minutes of my arm being squeezed so hard it was going numb she looks at the thing and says oh we gotta redo it I’m like what are you doing this has never happened to me before😂

I don't know why but I find these filmed in regular bedrooms far more relaxing than those done in "doctors offices"
