A3.business practitioner shares highlights from Ecuador orientation

Dave Wendorf here and a highlight of this weekend besides the chocolate factory, which was fantastic, and learning what a mochaccino is, was just the earnestness and interest in all of the participants in wanting to know how they can be more transformational in their sphere of influence in their workplace. And the other was just a moment I had with the translator Omar, who said during the last talk, he had a moment where he was getting emotional and almost paused and was, he didn't know this, but so was I. And so were a few other people. So I think and just the... and I think Omar had some, had some things in his life that were difficult and he just needed the touch from the Lord. And so that was just wonderful to be a part of that and to hear from his heart. So it was a great, great time.
