Here's what I think: Supermassive games will have their own take on the franchise, but to keep the original feel that the games made by Tarsier Studios had, they will try to remaster old concepts from past.
I think in ln3 they need that to manage the player acceptance level . In one, they implement some of their own lore. Cause the yellow vibe desert is throwing off a bit.
I think the Little nightmares3 environment is going to be like a steampunk, Medieval like environment. Also I have a strange thought... the eye's on the monster baby have the ability to turn citizens, and living habitats to stone. This dangerous mechanism was first invented, and experienced in the first game of Little nightmares. In some of the art in Little nightmares1 shows a big gigantic door with an eye deeply hidden in the maw. Which highly resembles the size of the baby.
I also think the main objective of the little nightmares3 game is to also collect missing pieces of the mirror that keep appearing many times in the trailer. To collect the missing pieces to the mirror is to defeat other main boss antagonists. After you found all the pieces of the missing mirror the mirror man escapes from there desolate, and isolated prison as the Low, and Alone soon realizes that they've made a grave mistake, chasing you through a mansion that looks familiar in the little nightmares1 comics. After the chase you soon trap the mirror man, and destroy the mirror that the player trapped the mirror man with, Low, and Alone return to the mirror that they repaired, and warp through it to another place.

I should've known that Tarsier Studios weren't the only developers. Cause them and suppermassive both developed the II game. So after Tarsier left, suppermassive were still involved.
I believe we could see the north wind and ferryman (and possibly wax bellman but more likely those two) I know the 2017 (or somthin idk what year it came) comics aren't canon but they can use them and plus I think crows have something to do with the morth wind or somethin he could appear in the dessert area as it fits his theme
What i noticed is that on poster you can *barely* see a shoulders shilouette and smoke that comes out of point where head could be. Considering how many cut concept art stuff they are taking note of, could it be that our Mirror Man's head will emmit smoke just like Thin Man was supposed to be at one point?
Almost definitely due to how frequently Mono gets separated from Six, meaning the person controlling Six would have little to nothing to do while waiting for the Mono player to get through their section. That coupled with the fact that Six just fully dips from the last chapter and a half of the game (even being a boss), it would very much so be a one-sided experience.
Probably because (spoiler warning) of the story telling between six and mono, six was probably always meant to betray mono and with coop they would have had a significantly harder time setting that moment up throughout the game
Six wasn’t with Mono for a lot of time in LN2. We even have the boss fight with Six, how would it work with co-op? Or even the final section where Six drops Mono
