Yes, I like the mirror treatment also. It's very affordable. You can get mirrors similar from $20 to $60 a piece, and you can hang them horizontally for a different look.

Every home is different because (as Laura said) there are lot premiums, different elevations, different design options, etc. So you should assume a price from $425,000 - $450,000. For example, while there are no Cali floorplans for sale right now, DR Horton does have an "Aria" floor plan for sale. The "Starting Price" for an Aria floor plan is $401,000. The home that is listed for sale is $411,540. The difference comes from the lot premium and the options that have already been chosen for the home.

I love the owner-suite shower with the curtain, as I really don't like those big glass doors. Also, the trio of mirrors in the dining area is superb!
