This ending can be accessed the same way the original one was accessed: going the Polaroid route, collecting Isaac's head upon defeating Isaac, collecting Fate's Reward upon defeating Blue Baby, and defeating various bosses after killing the Lamb. However, you would have to be playing as Tainted Samael :]

Lore: Isaac fights dogma and when he won, he defeated the beast. Isaac is still alive but has became burried in the dark has forgotten.
Sameal was here to resccue him but dogma takes control of Isaac and pushes sameal to a vortex that will lock him to the closet that makes him tainted.

I'm trying to decipher what is being said here bare with me:

Also note that these lines are based of the bible verses of 1 Corinthians 15:50-56! There's a file within the sfx folder of the Samael mod that basically has isolated lines from this clip. It's named 1 corinthians 15 (50-56).wav! I'm not sure what version of the Bible this specific version of this verse is from but if you just search it you'd get similar results to what can be heard from the cutscene.
