- Immortality is eternal life, being exempt from death, unending existence.
Human beings seem to be obsessed with the idea of immortality. But a study published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences has stated, through a mathematical equation, that it is impossible to stop ageing in multicellular organisms, which include humans, bringing the immortality debate to a possible end.
So you probably don’t want to die, most people don’t. But death takes us all no matter what we want. However, today in our scenario, humans have found a way to obtain that immortality. Watch the whole timeline video to find out how reaching immortality changes the world and the way we live.

I don’t think that humans would conquer the entire universe, we would probably just conquer all of Andromeda and Milky Way. Imagine there would be super airplanes flying faster than the speed of light, there would be many differently sized airplanes wich fly at different speeds. Earth to Mars (and Mars to Earth) would only take 40-50 minutes then you land at Mars and for around double the time you can fly across both galaxies.

Y’know, the concept of immortality is a fairly interesting one, you can’t die but that doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t feel pain or lose limbs, immortality is the ability to never die, but you can still be basically just an immortal head with no arms, no legs, heck not even a chest, at least I think, this is why I think reaching immortality is way too undesirable

Mostly immortalalliy means invinciblity while taking the pill it could give you a healing factor for your body to keep you alive and your cells from aging so if you ever got disarmed or hit with pure energy if wouldn’t effect you and maybe a pill that disables the pain nerve will be made

If humans stop aging, this means that muscle will never deteriorate. Imagine how jacked a 10 billion year old human be. Muscle starts to go away after the age of 30 so that’s why you see a sort of limit to the natural size of our muscles

Food isn't the only resource, if workforce stops functioning, you wont get new clothings, monetary value dies, barter trade would occur, water and electricity would be hard to get, you'll be basically surviving doing nothing instead of living your life.

there's a clear difference between immortality and invencibility, but out of that, even if immortality did actually make people not to die by taking lethal damage pain is still a thing so testing your immortality by harming your self it will still hurt to the point that you would want to die to not feel that immesurable pain, but you can't, you're immortal
