as of 15MAY22 it works. Didn't remove toner or anything. Printer started working like normal again. 10/10

As of 9/26/19 did not work with my printer DCP-L2550DW - I'm sure Brother must have done a firmware update.

Try the following,
Make sure the machine is turned on.
Close the front cover.
Press OK and the Up arrow key at the same time.
Press OK to select Drum.
Press the Up arrow key to reset the drum counter
