The extended intro is there so that us DJ's can beat-mix smoothly from one song into another. You'll normally find an extended intro and outro for those reasons on most remixes, unless they are radio edit remixes in which case they will shorten it up. The extended intro / outro versions are not really meant to be heard in their entirety. Great remix though, enjoy!
