I've always been so interested in cafes..sadly I rarely went to any cafes,I think it's been 2 years since I last went to a cafe..but fortunately I'm a barista in the morning hahaha I always make coffees for myself every morning! answer to ur question: i would REALLY LOOOOVE to work on a cafe. i love the smell of coffee, the sight of desserts, the calmness, and the ambiance of the whole cafe. and seeing people work hard in front of their laptops and books will make me smile. and i'll look forward on working there (🤣) and tasting ur menu!!

I'm really interested in knowing working time, just cafes in general when do employees have to go to the cafe to prepare for the day and when do they get home? Does your cafe bake the cakes or do they order them?

In Zoe's case they buy the cakes because the cafe is part of a chain.
Due to the long store hours of a cafe, usually the work hours are divided through shifting. The person who has an opening shift will go to the cafe prior its opening to check the inventories and will leave the cafe earlier than the closing ones. A person with a closing shift on the other hand, will come to the store late (during store hours) and will go home late to close and tidy up the store in preparation for the next day's opening.
I believe blessroll is a franchise therefore all of the deserts are ordered and delivered to their branch.

Your videos really inspire me to build my own cafe someday. I even make homemade good stuffs that are usually sold in cafes like ice cream, cakes, and coffees. I don't usually tell people because they might say I'm delusional but whatever. I love cafes. I love the peaceful ambiance. I love the food.
