Now homeless camps completely cover sidewalks for great distances blocking the sidewalks from public use. Also now young women stand on the street corners and at many other curb side locations suggesting that they are waiting to be ask for dates suggesting that they are offering their bodies for hire. A few years ago they would have been arrested for loitering or blocking a side walks or pedestrian walk way. It's a fact Las Vegas has definitely changed.
