    I have to say that very often people that put the word "Most" in the title of their videos just do it for the views.
    Surprisingly this was not the case, it really has been the most accurate, resumed and comprehensive handstand tutorial I have seen so far... and i have seen many.
    Congrats and thanks Jackmon!! keep it up.

    Brilliant tutorial. From personal practice I've been suspecting I need to posterior tilt my pelvis to hold longer handstands but you have confirmed this and also shown how to improve strength and flexibility for this, so spot on. Haven't seen this aspect of the handstand position covered by anyone else. Thanks for the help.

    • @jackmonx
      @jackmonx  8 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      +HK Legends I'm glad it helped mate, and yes after a while you train handstands it comes natural to posterior tilt pelvis, because without this a lower back with constant lordosis starts hurting during long hs sessions, and it would also get less control

    One of the best tips&details, thanks man. I noticed this will help others too: ALWAYS place your palm in EQUAL LINE with the shoulders when practicing your Free handstand, otherwise you'd just end up leaning/rolling forward (if you place the palms more forward).
    It's my Day 5 now practicing my Free Handstand (after around 1 month getting myself ready with the wall Push-ups, kicks etc). Im working to getting the straight shoulders position, I reckon that's the hardest part because you need to have a conscious mind doing it (also the muscles group coordination). On my Day 3&4 I was able to hold 2-3 sec in the air but my shoulders weren't 100% straight, resulting I can't hold any longer (and creating more stress on my shoulders).

    You do have an extensive list of tips and tricks and it not only shows in your vocabulary, text instructions, and focus, but in your execution as well. The highlighted parts are important and I'm sure you have received great instruction yourself. Your handstands, while I'm sure you have worked for them and did not start that way, are superb and your line is straight. You constantly check in with yourself on the elements and push your strength. Fantastic!
    Your exercises on your channel are all good, thank you for taking the time to share them. Perhaps more on a shoulder opening routine for those without open shoulders would be helpful?
