At first I thought maybe media were just actively seeking these types, but oh no, I worked with a number of them. And the company had to threaten to fire them because they wouldn't stop getting into it with ppl that just didn't want to engage. They had their cubicles with trump decoration bunch trump stickers and coffee mugs. And two were rather aggressive wanted to fist fight. Two males and one female were terminated. I'm in Ohio, and they traveled to four of trump rallies that I know of.
What gets me as the people highlighted didn't really have much of an argument. It's not even necessarily that they believed things which were false, when pressed they didn't seem to have a whole lot of beliefs. All they seem to have was a feeling which they couldn't articulate.
I'm surprised she is even there because I'm sure there are a lot of people there that will label her as some sort of chinese spy, blame her for covid, or make some racist remarks toward her.
It seems that one of the reasons Trump got elected is that during the campaign Spanish language media in the US was overrun with right-wing misinformation. It's so strong that I have to suspect that this was an organized campaign. For some reason the Spanish language media didn't have much in the way of a more mainstream reality focused voice so that this information ran rampant and wasn't corrected. And then a surprising number of Hispanic people voted for Trump. I don't think that's a coincidence. I'm guessing that's what explains the first subject.

I grew up in Austin. Keep in mind that Austin is one of the most liberal cities in Texas. Travis County, where Austin is located, went a whopping 72% for Biden to 27% for Trump in the 2020 election. So these people are MOST DEFINITELY in the minority in this community.
I pass 2 of those folks in the videos while driving down 5th towards Congress,as they stand on the sidewalk w signs or panhandling. The streets of Austin are full of homeless folks and mentally ill people. Geez,lazy...go interview down at The Broken Spoke or sumthin'...
The fact that Luke is a good looking young man gives him more access to Trumpers than if he were a middle-aged man. Nearly all of the damage was several thousand in payroll fraud, two even came back trying to beg a coworker for money and later we found out from a DEA agent they stole something at their new job before they rolled on over to us to sale some -intentionally didn't mention which kind because we guessed they found a buyer- drugs, but two good former soldiers slowly quitting over the controlled racism stuck with me. Also had a couple of pre-obama, Limbaugh on the radio, managers that also had some questionable finances rumors about them before I got there.

There were enough questionable interactions and comments to establish an uncomfortable level of liability attached to that group and the ideology. It wasn't political at all. There were just very identifiable patterns you can't allow in employee behavior when sending people to a strangers home.

Speaking as an American who resides about 300 yards from the border, I can say that law enforcent and DHS and US Customs and Immigration all take their jobs seriously. I feel incredibly safe this close to the border. I feel even more safe when I include all the Canadian law enforcement agencies for keeping the border safe and secure.

Luke did excellent! What a cool headed interviewer. I like that his approach leans more towards giving them the space to make themselves to sound dumb, and being selective and calm about when he pushes back. He also did a great job of pointing out the non-sequiturs which I feel like we don’t see enough of in these types of ground level interviews.

At first I thought maybe media were just actively seeking these types, but oh no, I worked with a number of them. And the company had to threaten to fire them because they wouldn't stop getting into it with ppl that just didn't want to engage. They had their cubicles with trump decoration bunch trump stickers and coffee mugs. And two were rather aggressive wanted to fist fight. Two males and one female were terminated. I'm in Ohio, and they traveled to four of trump rallies that I know of.
What gets me as the people highlighted didn't really have much of an argument. It's not even necessarily that they believed things which were false, when pressed they didn't seem to have a whole lot of beliefs. All they seem to have was a feeling which they couldn't articulate.
Oh and that woman talking about communism has no idea the GOP ultimately want authoritarianism! 🤦♂️

It seems that one of the reasons Trump got elected is that during the campaign Spanish language media in the US was overrun with right-wing misinformation. It's so strong that I have to suspect that this was an organized campaign. For some reason the Spanish language media didn't have much in the way of a more mainstream reality focused voice so that this information ran rampant and wasn't corrected.
And then a surprising number of Hispanic people voted for Trump. I don't think that's a coincidence. I'm guessing that's what explains the first subject.

I grew up in Austin. Keep in mind that Austin is one of the most liberal cities in Texas. Travis County, where Austin is located, went a whopping 72% for Biden to 27% for Trump in the 2020 election. So these people are MOST DEFINITELY in the minority in this community.

Nearly all of the damage was several thousand in payroll fraud, two even came back trying to beg a coworker for money and later we found out from a DEA agent they stole something at their new job before they rolled on over to us to sale some -intentionally didn't mention which kind because we guessed they found a buyer- drugs, but two good former soldiers slowly quitting over the controlled racism stuck with me. Also had a couple of pre-obama, Limbaugh on the radio, managers that also had some questionable finances rumors about them before I got there.
I say hire them and exploit them. When they get mad just say "don't like it, get a better a job".

There were enough questionable interactions and comments to establish an uncomfortable level of liability attached to that group and the ideology. It wasn't political at all. There were just very identifiable patterns you can't allow in employee behavior when sending people to a strangers home.

Speaking as an American who resides about 300 yards from the border, I can say that law enforcent and DHS and US Customs and Immigration all take their jobs seriously. I feel incredibly safe this close to the border.
I feel even more safe when I include all the Canadian law enforcement agencies for keeping the border safe and secure.

Luke did excellent! What a cool headed interviewer. I like that his approach leans more towards giving them the space to make themselves to sound dumb, and being selective and calm about when he pushes back. He also did a great job of pointing out the non-sequiturs which I feel like we don’t see enough of in these types of ground level interviews.

I am an Austin native. I was aghast that this “rally” was going to be held here. But I tried to look at it positively with a heavy dose of humor.
In that regard, I was not disappointed. The folks I heard from on local media came across as ignorant and following NO logical stream if thought.
It is incredibly embarrassing and shameful to listen to these people who can’t speak a coherent sentence and regretfully represent part of the population of this City.

What the law refers to (generally speaking) is taking the flag and sewing it into a piece of clothing, like the guy in the vid.
