The image of Walt Disney at 0:20 was during the parade down Main Street in honor of the Official Dedication of the newly completed "It's a Small World". May 28, 1966. I believe it would be the last major attraction opened or re-opened before Walt's untimely passing. He was driving some kind of old-tyme car (perhaps a "steamer"?) and in the scene right before this one Walt's playfully heading the car towards park guests sitting on the curb watching the parade! Sitting next to him to help dedicate "It's a Small World" was Bank of America's Chairman of the Board, Louis Lundborg. Bank of America was the sponsor of "It's a Small World". Here on TH-cam are short videos of that day, and the activities of the dedication itself in front of "It's a Small World". Walt and children in various costumes of the world pour waters from each of the major oceans and bodies of water into the ride's water. I believe the water in the canteen Walt actually poured was from the Mississippi River, which would figure what with Walt's fascination with that era of American history, and the whole impetus behind the "Rivers of America", Tom Sawyer Island, and the Mark Twain Riverboat. Walt then goes in the first boat with Mr. Lundborg on the "inaugural cruise" thru Small World. Check it out, it's a great piece of history.
Notice they only used a silhouette of Davy Crockett (Fess Parker)? That was to avoid having to pay him royalties for using his actual image. Funny, cause of any TV image used, it was Davy Crockett more than any other that "put Disney on the map" in the realm of TV. I was too young to remember, but my folks and older brother and sister all attested to just how HUGE Davy Crockett was in the 1950s.
In the Norwegian broadcast of From All of Us to All of You, the original English version is used in all clips, except the "surprise gift" segment, which is dubbed. It's the same in Finland, but in Sweden and Denmark, the entire program is dubbed. The special episode "Jiminy Cricket's Christmas, which uses a lot of elements from From All of Us to All of You, is dubbed, and it uses the original 1983 dub of Silly Song" from Snow White.
