While I don't have much interest in the advertisement aspect of this, really good on the two of you for being able to get the attention of a company and being hired to do something like this. It must be a pretty proud moment to think your work is appreciated enough that Paramount would hire you for this.
Well done!! I was a bit worried this series might end on the last video, but this was a really good finale! Must have been pretty satisfying watching people's reactions after all that hard work
@@paulb4334 I just hope that he gets back to more serious work. I subscribed to a robotics channel and I do not consider this robotics. It makes me wonder if James is having trouble getting OpenDog walking.
This is really a great video to conclude the build. Love to see all those reactions and nicely edited with shots of the robot. So that said, are you gonna be a couple or what now? You two make a great team in constructing amazing robots and I am sure you inspire each other to more :)
Haha, no I've flown back to Scotland now. And am already taken with a lovely Scotsman. But who knows - maybe James and I will collaborate again in the future :)
Thats awesome transformer i use to watch transformers as a kid bumblebee was one of my favorite transformers.i know theorical physics so i can already imagine what its like to make my own after all Einstein was also a theorical physicist and he said himself that imagination is more important than knowledge.
But if I could give you some advice, if you can, try and make a system that lets the front part of the robot flip over the head so it doesn’t have to pop out.
The whole point of the video is to watch the car transform, but you spend most of the time looking at other things besides the car. Could you have gotten a photographer who was more distracted (sarcasm)
the only thing am sad about i how skinny it is, but trans forming it from a "car" to a robot must haved taken alot of work so thats all that matters XD
bhahaha. Wasn't expecting another video about this... Elements of it still look a bit weird... But boy is it ever impressive in spite of that. (especially given the time constraints...)
You are indeed very correct. In fact, i am extremely anti-social so i tend to dwell into robotics and super cool machinery that does indeed tickle my sensitive areas. I wish i had friends as I've been lonely for most of the 42 years I've existed on the planet earth.
Very well done! Especially considering limited time, limited budget, 1 prop maker, 1 engineer, zero CGI, and it does transform!
Yeah my wallets a better transformer, completely green, no cgi, no engineer, no prop maker, just a guy named Bill.
The amount of work that went into this is just staggering. Well done to you both!
thanks!
What an amazing stunt. Great work guys

I think that cameras don't do justice to this robot. Seeing it in person should be a way different experience than seeing it on a video.
i agree

Very nice build.. im amazed by your project. Keep build and good luck. Shes preety and very beautiful...
Amazing job! The robot cost you quite a time and money, but people's faces seeing the robot is priceless. Well done! Thanks for sharing!
Has opendog become closeddog?
bumbledog
Yeah, I'll be glad when he is through with this fluff and gets back to robotics. :(
@@DevEncryptionNull Just look at the people's reaction. Sponsored or not this was a really neat piece of robot.

openDog is coming back soon!
imagine how far this tech could go if people with more money, resources, and time actually took interest in it.

You guys are brilliant! Very glad I found your channel!
Is robomaking an art that anybody can learn with practice or this is god gifted ability??
In a just world, this would have millions upon millions of views.
Get this guy a job in Hollywood
That was amazing, you probably lightened up the day for lots of people
4:02 is where kyla's brain was shutdown XD i love her face in the seconds after this.
I wish I could write a commentary for exactly what I was thinking at each moment 😂
Currently looking at cameras as I've got lots of projects I'd like to film this year 😊
Awesome is an overused word but, in this case, it's fully appropriate!
You should consider building Atom from the movie "Real Steel" or one of the robots from the movie
Fantastic! Well done both of you!Matthew
As far as i remember bumblebee was able to walk and kick asses. This one barely stands up 😁 good work though 👍
underwhelming would be an overstatement...
those little kids will remember that forever
Pretty cool. Seeing those reactions was something special. :)
Omg I wpuld cry of excitement💛🥰
This is so cool! You’re an absolute genius. And I love that you surprised random people with it! Brilliant video as usual!
this is one hell of proof that reality is really hurt.
Well done all involved.. 49 dislikes.... Why? oh yes it's the internet.
Well done, folks!
That's nice, I bet the kids loved that :)
So cool!!!! A pleasand surprise for sure!!!

Pretty neat prop. Abs could use a little more detail than just the antennae girder.

If only he could transform at the speed of an autobot. Current speed he would be blown away in battle

Why dis guy has just that subs sub more guys
Gonna try Optimus prime
For the open dog project why don' t you use Udoo board instead of tree Arduino mega
Anyone else get the feeling that many of this channels followers have extremely bad social skills?

A prank video done right
God?
u should use this in a shopping center on a stage
do optimus next
Lol, this is great
why hasn`t someone done this and made a real car that can transform into a robot, i would like to see that.
a big scaled transformer (nonfunctional)

Do look a thing like bumblebee
But how do you drive inside?
хорош
Can you make optimus prime
