@@chrism8432 It's not glass, it's acrylic plate. It's there to help make a balanced mix of the drum microphones and keep the drums from "bleeding" to the vocalists microphone, causing all kinds of unwanted frequencies. Did you notice the microphones set up between the plates..?

Shirley has such a stage presence. Early interviews said they heard her in the shower of the next apartment and Butch just pulled her in.
