Ohtels Belvedere (Salou, Spain) Hotel and Room Tour - April 2023

- In this video we take you on a tour of the brilliant 3* @ohtelshotelsresorts Hotel Belvedere in Salou, Spain. This hotel is in very close proximity to Portaventura, the beach and main shopping areas of Salou, boasting a huge pool and kids pool area, a buffet restaurant (which we missed off from this video, but we found it was really VERY good for a 3* hotel, certainly the best we have experienced in all our years coming to hotels in many different areas of Spain!), a cafe and a small shop/games area.
The rooms are quite small (especially given this is marketed as being a family hotel) however, they were functional (fridge and clothes dryer anyone!), had a nice large (and safe) balcony to give some outside space, there was a car park which we paid a small fee for our rental hire, we could order a packed lunch when we had a day out and knew we would miss dinner, and most importantly we found the rooms and the corridors to be very quiet at night (which is usually our biggest bug-bear in Spanish hotels!).
We stayed half board for 4 nights in April 2023, and paid around £250 total for the 4 of us which we considered to be FANTASTIC value given the quality of the rooms/food and service received, and the proximity to everything we wanted to experience in Salou.

Thanks for posting this, after reading some of the reviews on trip adviser I was unsure what to expect - but it looks fine. The rooms do look small, as per trip adviser comments, but at the end of the day they are just somewhere to lay your head for the night
The rooms were small but fine just for sleeping in! We would stay again no hesitation 👍 have a great time!

Just back from week break.. had double room plenty of space.. tv with some english channels if you want to watch .but bring a few extra hangers for storage.. well maintained hotel . Friendly staff.. lots of familys staying.. lift a bit slow if you fit take stairs be quicker.. had breakfast and dinner everynight.. buffet style help yourself being honest could do with a better selection of main courses but lots of choices . kids entertainment not fully in until end june i think.. but entertainment staff by pool every day organising stuff.. bar in hotel very reasonable prices and kiddy disco every night followed by entertainment for adults quizs. Magic show dancers etc.. beach approx 10 min walk and supermarket and pubs within 3-4 min walk

It's about 5-10 min walk to the beach, and about same distance to Portaventura the opposite direction 😀
