Small correction for the Bluetooth connectivity, you will still need to connect the mixer via usb to send audio, the bluetooth is in addition to the aux input. This is such a dope little mixer!
Can I record a guest via a mobile phone using the Bluetooth feature? Will they be able to hear me back on the other end or will the mixer just receive their audio?
@@LeftWingBack it's a regular input, just bluetooth, so as long as the phone is connected to it and sending audio, it will go into the mixer.if you have your mic into the mixer too via xlr or headset, that too will be a part of the input. then depending on yopur recording software, just make sure your input device is the maonocaster and it will record all the inputs going into it.
Just got my hands on the G1 NEO Audio Mixer and it's a dream come true. The customization options are endless and the sound quality is excellent. Kudos to Maono for this amazing product!
Hey, thanks for this video! Just got myself a G1 Neo, and thanks to your video, I now know how to navigate and make the most out of it. Loving the device!
Bro thank you for this educational video! I’m a gamer and always up for trying now things. After looking at your video and all the detailed functionality as you covered in your review, I am super excited to get a G1 NEO for my first, basic home gaming set up!
Maono’s G1 NEO Audio Mixer is perfect for my setup. The audio clarity and the range of effects are fantastic. Easy to use and reliable. This mixer is a game-changer for sure!
The G1 NEO Audio Mixer by Maono is an absolute game-changer! The sound quality is pristine, and the user interface is intuitive. Perfect for both beginners and pros. Highly recommend!
Awesome review! is it good with the PD200X microphone, I was considering it or the C2 NEO, but not sure which one is better for game streaming and is it good for a beginner to set up?
Hi could you help me? I received mine today and I can't seem to move it. I connected the XLR cable to it and to the Fifine AM8 microphone, but I tried to use it and it didn't work.
ok, so when its plugged in, the mic is connected via XLR, and you talk into the mic, do you see the voice meter on the first fader move with your voice? if so, make sure you have the audio device selected in windows, on windows 11, right click the volume icon in the system tray and click open volume mixer and for input device make sure its set to the maono usb interface. then it should work fine
you plug your xlr microphone into it, you plug you zv-1f into your pc either via usb or hdmi into capture card, then your record your video in obs using the camera as video source and your maonocaster as audio source.
any xlr microphone in the world will work with it as long as it's xlr. some more power hungry mics will need additional power, but for 95% of all xlr mics that exists, this will work my friend :)
@@YoukayTV I have a fifine AM8, so I just need to buy the cable to use with this mixer? I'm new to this and I end up getting a little confused. I really liked your video and I was interested in this item!!
yep, just get a regular XLR cable and that would be all you need to connect your fifine AM8 to this mixer. This mixer then plugs into your PC via USB, then your PC will use the mixer as its microphone, super easy, really good sound, and looks great too! Glad you enjoy the video mate, I'm always round if you have any more questions!
Are you plugging them into the right output? The one right by the xlr is a trrs for headset combo mics, the other one is for headphone monitoring. If so do you have the headphone gain turned up and direct monitoring on?
@@YoukayTV I have the headphone gain turned up and the direct monitoring works. But just in general discord or just my main source of audio I can’t hear
ahh gotcha, yea for that you need to route your audio in for it to work, can you select the maonocaster in windows volume mixer to be the output device? I haven't tried setting it up to listen to pc audio through its internal headphone out, so not entirely sure, but i'd start there! you may also need to use a second usb c, or the included 3.5mm cable into your pc, then it be selectable via windows as the output device to be able to hear through it. again, just guesses, but good luck!
no battery in this, requires USB C power, comes with a usb C/A combo cable. also needs to be connected to a computer to be used as a audio device. it is super tiny though and would fit in most laptop bags pockets.
@@aamironline I don't think on exists given the need for data for the audio, the BT on this is only for an input, without usb connected it you wouldn't be able to get the audio onto your device!
@@YoukayTV I’m a flute player, and I’m looking for a portable device that would allow me to practice anywhere, like in parks or outdoor spaces. Ideally, the device should have these features: 👉🏽 A reverb option on the main microphone for enhanced sound quality. 👉🏽 The ability to play background music via an additional channel, such as Bluetooth. 👉🏽 Self-monitoring capability so I can hear myself while playing. 👉🏽 Easy integration with mobile phones for recording and playback. If you happen to come across something like this, I’d really appreciate any recommendations. Thanks in advance!
The big difference between western companies and chinese brands, like Maono (a legit chinese electronics brand, not a random generic chinese maker) is that western companies charge a fortune for the same crap made in the same factories as the chinese brand goods. And the sad thing is how can they make them so cheap, well because chinese labor is much cheaper, the difference is the chinese company isnt bullshitting you with the expensive price and markup, its still built on lower paid makers backs. This is just my hack theory, i dont know for certain. I have a maono board that came out a couple years ago. It still works great and sounds pretty good. Im thinking of picking this up for a more portable option. What can you do tho? Capitalism gonna capitalism, you need a mixer just buy the damn mixer
