It’s a wonderful town! And I live right downtown in this area being recorded, and I would not hesitate to walk any of these streets at any time day or night… There is never any crime downtown! I’m saying this in response to some of the comments that indicated otherwise. It is beautiful and clean and a wonderful place to live. Great people, great activities, great new small businesses starting all over the place… You should come and check it out!
Found the ride through town calming. I used to live in a town not far from EL (Weirton,WV). Not sure what time of night this was taken, but I remember things to be a lot more active.
I gotta say that I really like this place. Wonderful old architecture that gives it a homey feeling. I don't like newer cities at all. I'm also impressed as to how clean it is. Sadly these days drugs are everywhere. You can't get away from it no matter where you go. Again, I appreciate the information on this nice city. I hope it does revitalize. I'd hate to see such a nice place fall into decay as you've shown us from other cities. Truly a great adventure and thanks for bringing us along. 🤠👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Definitely not a holler. Other than cars, did anyone see another person? Clean, well lit streets. Is their crime problem and 8:00 to 5:00 job? Ok, I see two people at the 12:00 mark. Being from Ohio, this city has always received a bad wrap. But looks like a nice little town to me!
Very clean and well maintained downtown area and love how the historic buildings are lit up at night. Nobody around though, what time was it? 3am in the morning?
Basically no potholes in sight, roads look good.. still look's so much better than Baltimore. Even in the county, the roads here are terrible.. EDIT: 10:03 Okay, now that's what Baltimore roads look like. That's what I was expecting to see.
I did a daytime version of East Liverpool on the channel way back, you'll see the roads there how bad they are lol. Downtown there wasnt too bad, but other than that, it could be pretty rough
Was this right in the middle of the night ? I only saw a couple of people on the streets...unlike Hood videos of other cities where every road junction is a crowded meeting/dealing place.
I live not to far from here. It's not a very lively town but it's streets are immaculate, no homeless or encampment, very little crime. Honestly I wish the rest of the country was as well kept East Liverpool.
They have a kent state satellite campus here that I used to attend. Fun story, when I deployed to iraq I saw a plate/dish marked on the underside east liverpool ohio.
Like Wheeling WV, lots of empty storefronts. wheeling is on a huge revitalization process downtown and has been for the last 5 or 6 years. It's getting close to finished but at least another year of hell trying to drive thru there and park.
