There are plenty of examples on this channel. A good one is by Neil Pottinger , he performs it slowly then at speed. Back in the day it took me weeks to get it right. I broke it down into 4 sections and mastered each one before moving on to the next one.
Too bad for his mistake in the last move When you come up, your legs can't move. You're suppose to lift your opponent. You cannot do that when closing or moving your legs....
Looks good, but does he understand what each move means in terms of real combat? Until you know why you're doing it you'll never perfect kata. To learn kata, you need to understand it.
@@koloksushi6750 Wadokai yoko geri is thrown like a front kick except the leg is externally rotated such that the body faces 90 degrees from the line of extension. In all but... three instance I can think of, where Shotokan displays a sukuto , Wadokai displays a yoko geri with a "front kick - like" motion. (Those exceptions being Neiseishi and Basai.) The motion is called "yoko geri" in Wadokai and all bladed/promnated side leg thrusts are called "sukuto." AFAIK anyway.
Outstanding. It is longer than my Isshinryu kata. His kata had snap & power
I just learned kushanku but clearly I have way to go! I'm only 10!
Outstanding performance....
Wow....
Exelent

That’s quick… OMG 🤣
I am brown 2 of karate
I have to know the whole thing in 30 mins or I can’t do a grading on Sunday. It’s just the last few moves I can’t do

I achieved my Dan grade at the age of 60, I did this kata for my grade, but no way as fast as that!
Saya sedang mencoba menghafalkannya

Are you wado ryu style?
In Wado Kushanku yes.
From the legs as wide ad shiko dachi you close to jigotai.
In JKF Wadokai you can't. You will fail your dan test if you make this mistake...

That's what bunkai is for
This video is sped up significantly.
No it's not
He's just fast
It's not kushanku kata wado.the positions no good. It is kata shotokan karate ryu 😨😫
No... This is wado version... Shotokan version is different. Shotokan has a yoko-geri.
@@koloksushi6750 Agreed. Notice the heel being slightly lifted. Characteristic of wado. Shotokan heels are planted.

@@Pope2501 yes yes... I meant its a sukuto...
@@koloksushi6750 cool, cool. Did I explain Wado yoko geri correctly?
Not Wado.......watch the founder Ohtsuka Sensei, smaller, higher stances and much more grace and style.
An escaped lunatic perhaps ? ..... poor bugger.
It's a pity you can never win competitions doing wado kara
